Objective:Through observing the change of NE concentration and NET expression in the thymus and spleen of immune organs in mice, we study the neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory mechanism of massage regulating the immune function, and provide a new way for the basic research of massage science..Methods:45 male C57/BL6 mice were randomly divided into blank group, extrapolation group, anesthesia and massage group and anesthesia point group. Nine mice in each group were kept in the same environment. By the same experimental staff in the push method group of mice along the back of the bladder and Du meridians from top to bottom massage, in the point of the back of the mouse group points Feishu, Xinshu, Gan shu, Shenshu, large intestine Yu and other points Rubbing massage. Anesthesia group and anesthesia point group were first anesthetized with isoflurane, and the mice were operated in the same way as push group or click group. Blank group did not intervene. Massage intervention once a day, every 5min, were intervened for 7 days. All mice were sacrificed on the 8th day, the thymus and spleen tissues were taken, the NE concentration was measured by ELISA, the expression of NET was observed by immunohistochemistry.Results:1, NE concentration:Compared with the blank group, the concentration of NE in the spleen decreased 18.21%(P <0.01) and the NE concentration in the thymus decreased by 11.53%(P<0.001); the NE concentration in the splenic group (P<0.01). The NE concentration in the thymus decreased by 3.75%(P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the NE concentration in the spleen and thymus between the anesthesia group and the anesthesia group; the concentration of NE in the mouse thymus decreased by 15.03%(P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the NE concentration in the spleen of the miceCompared with the narcotic group, the NE concentration in the spleen decreased by 26.06% (P<0.01), while the NE concentration in the thymus decreased 21.10%(P<0.001).Compared with the anesthesia point group, there was no significant difference in the NE concentration in thymus and spleen between the two groups. 2, NET expression:Compared with the blank group, the expression of NET in the spleen of experimental group was enhanced (P<0.01), the expression of NET in thymus was enhanced (P<0.01) There was no significant change in NET expression.Compared with the control group, the expression of NET in the thymus was increased (P <0.05), while the expression of NET in the spleen was not significantly changedConclusion:Massage can decrease the concentration of NE in the immune organs and regulate the immune function by enhancing the expression of NET.
