Objective: Using the Gingival porcelain powder and stain,to produce different proportion of Gingival Porcelain than customers is introduced,which can be used for clinical gingival shade guide were discussed in this article.Methods: Choicing metal gingival porcelain powder of G1 ~ G5 and 20 kinds of external stain of Akz01~Akz20,Grouped according to certain formula after mixed proportion,The mixture of G1 and Akz01~ Akz20 was recorded as A group;G2 and Akz01 ~ Akz20 were recorded as B group;G3 and Akz01 ~ Akz20 were recorded as C group;G4 and Akz01 ~ Akz20 were recorded as D group;G5 and Akz01 ~ Akz20 were recorded as E group,electronic weighing scales,weighing paper bag,each packet contains 21,On the basis of the sintering process of porcelain fused to metal crown,on the cast Ni Cr alloy substrate,then polishing and ultrasonic cleaning them,last use Vita EasyshadyAdvance4.0 wireless computer-aided colorimeter measure the chromatic value of each shade guide(L*,C*,H* value),The results were analyzed by SPSS19.0statistical software.Results:(1)The color distributed in each groups of shade guide have certain regularity.Concrete manifestation as follow:In group A-E,the lightness value of “L”in group E is the highest from beginning to end no matter how the colouring agent added as a whole,however the lightness value of “L”in group C is the lowest.It shows that the E group has the highest brightness,the strongest color and the brightest,while the C group has the lowest lightness,the lightest color and the darkest color;To saturability value of “C”in group A-E,change is lowest in group E,without enormous gap,however change occurred greatly in group A-D,the value reach the highest when the first six colouring agent added,then begain decreased,although rised but less than.On the whole,the value of B group is at the maximum value,which shows that the saturation of B group is larger than the rest of the group,the farthestaway from the center position,and has more brightly colored than the other groups;The change of hue H value in group A-E is that hue H value rise and decrease samely after the colouring agent added in group A-D,repeated emergence is that first decrease then rise then decrease,and the range is larger,but the change in group E is the lowest,and there is a wide difference between other groups.It shows that the E group has the smallest hue,which is more likely to be red.(2)The chromatic anerration and distribution area of shade guide are defferent between groups,show as follows:the distribution range of value L is 10.10~26.90;the distribution range of value C is 0.50~ 14.20;the distribution range of value H is 0.80 ~ 72.40;the distribution range of value △E is 14.6~27.3.(3)The range of chromatic value of customized shade guide is within the scope of natural gingival’s chormatc value,this show that the color of customized shade guide can simulate the color of natural gingival.Conclusion: The customized porcelain gingival shade guide can extend the application scope clinically,compared with the existing gingival’s chromatic value,it can cover the color of gingival maily,but the precision need enhance.
