Clinical Efficacy Study On Dialectical Treatment Of Music On Patients With Physically And Psychologically Unbalance After Breast Cancer Surgery

Objective:Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies in women,surgical treatment is the most important treatment of breast cancer patients.However,the operation may not only changes the image of female’ s body,but also be physically and psychologically unbalanced and even physically and mentally distress.In this study,we observed the clinical effect of using music therapy of TCM to improve the status of 1 iver depression in patients with postoperative breast cancer patients,and to explore the efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with postoperative breast cancer,and to reveal the clinical use of the efficacy and superiority.Methods:The study is a prospective controlled trial.Sixty-four patients who suffered from postoperative liver stagnation were divided randomly into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,namely,the music treatment group and the health education group.The treatment group was given at least 30 minutes of individual music therapy and group music therapy every 3 weeks.Instead,the control group was given every 3 weeks of health education preach.It will take 12 weeks for treatment and observation.The efficacy was evaluated by observing beginning and end of the trial of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,and the Breast Cancer Patients’ Quality of Life Scale(FACT-B,version 4.0).At the end of the treatment,we take software packages SPSS17.0 for management and statistical analysis.Results:1.Baseline comparison:Difference was not significant(P>0.05)in general information and the scores of before treatment in two groups of patients.2.Effect comparison in the same group:Difference was significant in the sore of SAS,SDS,FACT-B after treatment before and after the treatment.(P<0.05)3.Effect comparison between the two groups after treatment:Difference was significant in the sore of SDS between the two groups.But there is no difference in the sore of SAS and FACT-B between the two groups.4.Effect comparison in classification group:The sore of FACT-B is much higher in treatment group than the control group.In the sore of each branch tells different story.The items in physical state,psychological state and additional attention was significant difference(P<0.05),while the item of station in social/family performs no significant difference.(P>0.05)5.During the period of this study,the treatment group and control group didn’ t have any adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine of Dialectical Treatment of individual music theory combined with group music therapy can significantly alleviate the anxiety,depression of patients with breast cancer after surgery,and it will improve the quality of patients’ life.2.Dialectical Treatment of music theory can improve the quality of breast cancer after surgery who are in the state of liver depression.And the effect is hetter than health education preaching.3.The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine music therapy improve the quality of patients’ life,especially in the state of physiology,function,psychology and additional items of breast cancer.
