Objective: Observing the clinical efficacy of hysteresis moving needle therapy combining with warmed needling with moxibustion to the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,Objective evaluation this therapy clinical curative effect and safety,Providing new thinking for hysteresis moving needle to treat the disease,and provide the basis for the generalization and application of the therapy.Methods: We use a randomized controlled trial of clinical researeh methods.Selecting The 68 patients included in the standard divided into treatment group and control group,Each group consisted of 30 patients.The treatment group used hysteresis moving needle therapy combining with warmed needling with moxibustion,Selecting of lumbar transverse process three area Ashi point,Lumbar Jiaji points,after hysteresis needle take moving needle of Tyring swing hegu needle.Time for 1 minute,after Hysteresis moving needle,handing a Moxa cone of About 2 cm long on the needle handle,total of 1block,Waiting for ai wick burning,and the skin glowing flush,before Out of the needle,Doing the operation of Hysteresis moving needle once again.The control group was given Diclofenac Sodium Dual Release Enteric-coated Capsules,oral 75mg/ times,once a day.The two groups are five days as acourse of treatment,two courses of treatment.the day of ending of the course,using JOA and VAS rating scale were assessed To assess.Using statistical software of SPSS 22.0 to carry on the statistical analysis of the collected data.Results: 1.After the treatment,the treatment group JOA score,compared to before treatment(p <0.01),there was obviously significant difference;Compared to the control group(p <0.05),there was significant difference.suggesting the treatment group obvious clinical effect,is better than the control group2.After the treatment,the VAS score in treatment group,compared to before treatment(p <0.01),there was obviously significant difference.Compared to the control group(p <0.05),there was significant difference.suggesting the treatment group improve tenderness of patient.3.The treatment group: The marked effective rate was 21.88%,the overall effective rate was 96.88%;Control group: The marked effective rate was,overall effective rate was84.38%.4.During treatment,the treatment group 2 case mild swelling bleeding;control group,there were 7 cases of stomach-intestine reaction,such as abdominal distension,taste problem,and four patients had personal reasons failed to complete the final test.Conclusion: 1.Hysteresis moving needle with warmed needling with moxibustion have effection of Release.Treatment of lumbar three transverse process syndrome clinical curative effect is distinct.2.The Hysteresis moving needle with warmed needling with moxibustion is obviously superior to western medicine in the treatment of Pain,improve symptoms and restore function.It is safe,perdured and without side effect method,which is suitable to be widened.
