Clinical Study On Chronic Heart Failure Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and traditional chronic Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF),and to explore the characteristics and advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of CHF.Methods: In this study,150 patients with CHF were enrolled.SPSS software was used to classify the stratified group.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group(n = 75).All patients were syndrome differentiation(Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Qi and Yin Deficiency bloodstasis,Yang deficiency and blood stasis).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of western medicine treatment,the treatment group was treated with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome and Yangxue Blood Stasis Syndrome Type 3,Sini Decoction and Shenfu Decoction;both groups were treated for 6 months.To observe the changes of plasma NT-pro BNP,6-minute walking test,cardiac function and Single symptom.Results: There were no significant differences in sex,age,6-minute walking test,plasma NT-pro BNP and cardiac function before treatment.After6 months of treatment,the plasma 6-minute walking test,plasma NT-pro BNP were significantly better than before treatment(P <0.05).After treatment for 6 months,the levels of NT-pro BNP in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05).For the patients with yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,there was no significant difference in plasma NT-pro BNP.After 6 months of treatment,compared with the control group,the6-minute walking test results of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05),compared with the control group,the deficiency of blood stasis syndrome,qi yin deficiency blood stasis syndrome and yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).For the patients with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the cardiac function of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05)And the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.In this study,no significant abnormality was observed in the urine,and electrolytes.After 6 months of intervention,in the improvement of individual symptoms,the two groups to improve the efficacy of the main disease is equivalent,this study in improving shortness of breath,spontaneous perspiration,sweating,dry mouth,dry mouth and other symptoms have obvious advantages.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy in the Western medicine combinded with TCM program is better than that of simple Western medicine program;and non-toxic side effects were observed.
