ObjectiveWith the rapid development of molecular biology,many protein biomarkers have been used in the diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumors.In this study,we detected the expression of S100A10,Her-2 and Her-3 in different types of colorectal tissue,and studied their clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.MethodNormal colorectal tissue,colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer(malignant group,mucinous carcinoma group and malignant group)were selecte.The expression of S100A10,Her-2 and Her-3 were detected by immunohistochemical method and we also analysised the relationship of protein expressions with tumour stages.Results1.The expression of S100A10 and its relationship with clinical stageThe positive rate of S100A10 in low malignant group,mucinous carcinoma group and high malignant group were significantly higher than that in the normal group and adenoma group(P<0.05);the positive rate of S100A10 in adenoma group was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P<0.01),the positive rate of S100A10 in low malignant group was significantly higher than that in high malignant adenocarcinoma group and mucous carcinoma group(P<0.05).The expression of S100A10 in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ cancers were significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.01).2.The expression of Her-2 and its relationship with clinical stageThe expression of Her-2 in normal group and adenoma group was higher than that in low malignant group,mucinous carcinoma group and high malignant group(P<0.05);there were significant differences betweeen mucinous carcinoma group and low malignant group,the positive expression of Her-2 is higher in high malignant group than that in low malignant colorectal carcinomas(P<0.05);the expression of Her-2 in high malignant group slightly higher than that of mucinous carcinoma group.3.Expression of Her-3 in each group and its relationship with clinical stageThe expression of Her-3 in low-grade malignant group,mucinous carcinoma group,highmalignant group than that in the normal group and adenoma group(P<0.01);the expression of Her-3 in mucinous carcinoma was higher than that in low malignant group(P<0.05).The expression of Her-3 in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that of stage Ⅰand Ⅱ(P<0.01),the positive rate of Her-3 expression in stage IV colorectal cancer(87.50%)was higher than the positive rate in stage Ⅲ colorectal cancer(80.65%).Conclusion1.The expression levels of S100A10,Her-2 and Her-3 in low grade malignant group,mucinous carcinoma group and high malignant group were significantly higher than that in normal colorectal tissue and adenoma group.2.The expression of S100A10,Her-2 and Her-3 in colorectal carcinoma tissue of high malignant group was significantly higher than that in low malignant group and mucinous carcinoma group.3.The expression of S100A10,Her-2 and Her-3 in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ.4.The higher the degree of colorectal cancer,the higher the expression of S100A10,Her-2 and Her-3.It is shown that the expression of them were increased with the progression of malignant tumors.
