Objective:The prescription is consist of three drugs, Castor bean and EupHorbia, used in the development of botanical pesticides. In order to make the drug exert lasting and effective action to afford a microemulsion. This topic makes research on preparation and quality standards, to provide reference for the development of the new type of botanical insecticides.Methods:A single factor,orthogonal experiment and response surface experiments were investigated the extraction process of Ricinine,Ricin, EupHorbia effective parts; TLC-silica gel chromatograpHy was used to examine the purification process of Ricinine;designing the purification process of ricin by single factor and orthogonal test; using co-toxicity coefficient method to investigate insecticidal activity against the larvae of a single-dose study and complex use; Investigating the molding process with sensory synthesized evaluation combining with the response surface; using TLC to identify Castor bean, EupHorbia; using HPLC to make content determination on the Ricinine, EupHorbia B.Results:The preparation technology of Ricinine is that castor bean meal with 8 times the amount of boiling water decoction extract 2 times, each time 2 h,merging the two extracts, filtered hot and the filtrate was collected and concentrated under reduced pressure to a paste. The resulting extract was added 10 times the amount of chloroform,90℃ heated to reflux for 3 h, to collect the liquid evaporated; evaporated after the powder was dissolved in methanol as the column washed with chloroform: methanol were washed (12:1) off, set aside. Process for the preparation of ricin is that castor bean meal with 8 times the amount of pHospHate buffer pH 7.0, ice bath is subjected to ultrasonic crushing 35 min, power of 170 W. Centrifugation, discard the pellet, and taking the supernatant. The supernatant was ammonium sulfate precipitation, the saturation of 65%, respectively, to stand at 4℃ 24 h. With the co-toxicity coefficient method and the optimum ratio of the combined effects of complex objects, co-toxicity coefficient is calculated as 210.81, the castor bean and EupHorbia extract compound having a synergistic insecticidal effect. Molding compound extract 3%, adding 15% SDBS/ BY-110 and 15% n-butanol, water make up. Quality standard of castor beans and EupHorbia the TLC method was used to identify, a negative without interference, good separating degree, this article content in castor alkali, each shall not be less than 2.92 mg, to EupHorbia B, a bottle shall not be less than 2.43 mg.Conclusion:The preparation process of castor bean and EupHorbia pesticide compound is stable and reliable, reasonable and feasible, worth promoting research.
