| With the constant progress of modern medical technology and under the background of sustainable development of economy,human starts to pay more and more attention to their personal health.Conducting physical examination at least once a year has become their normal state of life.Meanwhile,the amount of human with the chronic diseases such as hepatitis B,hepatitis C,diabetes as well as reproductive system disease due to the influence of living conditions and environment changes is more and more.For such type of diseases,the long-term treatment process is accompanied with medical tests.Thus,no matter in the comprehensive hospitals or in the specialized hospitals,the amount of test samples in laboratory department is more and more.In addition,the types of pathogens are more and more complex.In China’s urban planning and construction,the hospitals with the function of medical tests generally concentrate in the urban centers or population accumulation areas.But the specialized medical waste disposal center location are more remote,and the amount of processing is limited.Therefore,the environmental security issues caused by the discarded samples of the laboratory department with abundant pathogens have been gradually highlighted.This paper researches in details specially aiming at the pretreatment methods of the discarded samples of the laboratory department in the comprehensive hospitals.Different types of pathogens are pretreated with two methods,which are chlorine-containing disinfectant solution soaking and high-pressure steam sterilization;then,fluorescence quota PCR examination is conducted,which finds that the two pretreatment methods both have a valid effect on inactivating Gram-positive bacterium,Gram-negative bacterium,Chlamydia,DNA virus and RNA virus.However,high-pressure steam sterilization is with more advantages than the pretreatment method of chemical disinfection on the aspect of operation,time,cost and security.As chlorine-containing disinfectant solution is with certain harms to the physical and psychological health of the operator as well as the environment,this paper discusses and analyzes the feasibility to utilize high-pressure steam sterilization as the pretreatment method of the discarded samples in the laboratory department.Aiming at the amount of the discarded samples in the laboratory department of different hospitals,this paper calculates the operation cost of high-pressure steam sterilization.Simultaneously,more profound researches shall be conducted to achieve the objective to promote high-pressure steam sterilization as the pretreatment method of the discarded samples in the laboratory department of hospitals.The following results are obtained by this experimental research:1.The inactivating effect of high-pressure steam sterilization on Gram-positive bacterium,Gram-negative bacterium,Chlamydia,DNA virus and RNA virus is able to achieve 100%.2.The time is 1-1.5 hours when the inactivating rate of high-pressure steam sterilization on Gram-positive bacterium,Gram-negative bacterium,Chlamydia,DNA virus and RNA virus is 100%,which is shorter over 50% than the time to conduct sterilization with the pretreatment method of wet chemical disinfection.3.The cost of high-pressure steam sterilization for the above-mentioned pretreatment of discarded samples in the laboratory department is extremely low,for 3 yuan / 1000 specimens.Thus,the economical efficiency of high-pressure steam sterilization is higher than that of the wet chemical disinfection pretreatment method. |
