Analysis Of Existing Circumstance On The Cold Chain Management Of Cold Storage Drugs In Hospital

Purpose of study:Being related to the drug safety of patients, cold chain management of cold storage drugs is of great significance for the pharmaceutical industry and the masses. Cold storage drugs, not in accordance with the provisions of the preservation and transportation, may do harm to the patients.The purpose of this paper is aimed at proposing the shortage of hospital medicine cold-chain management, exploring the solution of hospital medicine cold-chain management, finding out the primary problems being faced with in this management and solving these problems by researching medicine cold-chain management in the end of circultion, namely, the management of hospital.Research methods:Literature research method: This paper collects the relevant information of the old-chainmanagement,andcarries on the data in a later period about the cold-chain management at home and abroad to understand the research results, the existing problems and so on.Interdisciplinary comprehensive analysis method: hospital medicine cold chain management involving multiple disciplines of the professional knowledge spans pharmaceutical, cold chain logistics, environmental monitoring and other fields, which superimposed the difficulty and depth of interdisciplinary analysis in this subject. We considered the feature of various fields and explored the commonality between various fields via interdisciplinary comprehensive analysis in this paper to investigate pharmaceutical cold-chain management from the perspective of medical industry.Comparative analysis method: Through comparing hospital cold-chain management with hospital traditional drug management in hardware facilities, software facilities, institutional process and other aspects, this paper draws the conclusion, the hospitals must pay their attention to drug cold-chain management, taking various measures to reform the problems of refrigerated medicine in each link of circulation in hospital.Comparison method: Based on the comparative study of hospital cold-chain management with hospital traditional drug management, this paper summed up the shortage of pharmaceutical cold-chain management in each link and the impact caused to various parties.According to this, we summed up the solution of cold-chain management in hospital and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions.Results and conclusion:At present, the cold chain management of hospital drugs are deficiencies in every link, mainly including:(1)operation is not standardized in the warehouse;(2) cold storage are lack of facilities;(3) cold chain management is lack of software infrastructure;(4) supporting system is not perfect;(5) maintenance is not standardized to hardware facilities of cold storage refrigeration;(6) There are problems after delivery of drugs in the hospital circulation link.According to the lack of cold chain management for hospital pharmacy, I put forward the proposal of hospital cold chain management, including:(1) Screen the appropriate manufacturers and manage the source;(2) reduce the transport cycle of cold medicines;(3) build the perfect management system of pharmaceutical cold chain;(4) improve the storage refrigerated conditions of hospital internal medicine;(5) strengthen the acceptance before storage;(6) pay attention to the purchase and storage of cold medicines;(7) strengthen the storage and maintenance of cold chain drugs;(8) Equipped with management software of validity period;(9) strengthen classification management of ward cold drug;(10) strengthen the training to improve the cold chain awareness of health care workers;(11) guide the patient to learn how to store and use cold medicines;(12) improve the system and process of refrigeration medicine management.Improve the level of the cold chain drug management not only need the hospital to make an effort,but regulatory departments to enhance the management as well as industry organizations to strengthen management and education, specific recommendations include:(1) strengthen system construction of cold chain management;(2) supervise the corresponding management;(3) strengthen industry standard construction and promote all aspects operate effectively;(4) attach importance to the application of information technology in the industry;(5) establish a unified distribution center;(6) strengthen industry training and education for patients;(7) strengthen self-discipline organization construction.Hospital should be open mind to respond the new regulation, in order to build their own intelligent cold chain management system quickly, a lot of investment is required. Construction of cold medicine chain in hospital needs the support of government and regulatory agencies, such as improving the related system,formulating the effective regulatory measures. With the guarantee of sound industry law, positive efforts of relevant organizations, medicine cold chain management will have a sustained rapid and steady development.
