Objective Voxel-based magnetic resonance imaging of 3D-ASL technique was used to discuss the characteristics in cerebral perfusion supplied by the side of internal Carotid artery middle、severe stenosis.Methods 15 cases were Collected by the head and neck joint CTA checking out the side of internal Carotid artery middle, severe stenosis. And another 15 cases of internal carotid artery no stenosis were collected at the same times. All the patients were performed routine MR(DWI and T2WI), 3D –ASL checking, and then standardize all brain of the patients. SPM8 software was used to deal with the moderate and stenosis with a two independent samples t test, P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Followed by using artificial measurement method of interested area(ROI) was carried out on the side of the internal carotid artery stenosis degree and the cbf value correlation analysis, statistical distribution in generalized linear models of most statistics clusters, namly, watershed area and(or) half egg circle center as ROI, take the average value of cbf. Finally, Pearson correlation ananlysisi is employed to evaluate internal carotid artery stenosis rate and the relationship between the average of cbf.Results Comparing with moderate and nomal group, the blood flow perfusion reduction area are distributed in the watershed area, bilateral temporal lobe, bilateral frontal lobe and cerebellum, and the blood perfusion rising area mainly in bilateral basal ganglia and brain sten. comparing with severe stenosis group and normal group, watershed area and bilateral temporal lobe, frontal lobe, parietal lobe, insula, cerebellar hemisphere and the right cingulate is the reduced blood flow perfusion area, and the rised blood perfusion area was the corpus callosum, bilateral basal ganglia and half egg circle center. Artifimodcal measurement(ROI): comparing with the moderate stenosi, the severe stenosis was in side of watershed area, half egg circle center and the cintralateral watershed, half egg circle the cerebral blood flow in the center of the value of cbf were lower(p<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. In addition, the Pearson correlation between rate of internal carotid artery stenosis and the value of cbf showed that they were negative correlation(r=-0.982, P=0.000).Conclusion With the aid of all kinds of function software, magnetic resonance 3D-ASL technology can accurately that the side of the internal carotid artery moderate、severe stenonsis patients of cerebral blood flow perfusion area, and thus indirectly reflects the brain regions corresponding neural functions such as cognition, execution and memory changes influence on patients’ clinical symptoms, supplying the imaging basis for the clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and prevention of ischemic stroke.
