Objective : To grasp the profiles about measles in infants,the measles antibody level in pregnant women and infants(aged 0 to 7month), predict the trends and provide evidence for establishing scientific immunization strategies and control measures and then reducing the incidence of infants. Finally,to control and elimination of measles. Analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of measles from 2011 to 2015 and investigated measles antibody Level in Pregnant Women and infants in Yinchuan City.Methods: Analyzed epidemiological characteristics of measles,based on the national notifiable disease reporting system and measles surveillance system. The population data obtained from the epidemic situation reporting system of infectious diseases on internet.Six investigation spots were selected in Yinchuan City(all from community health service stations township hospitals and township hospitals);Every selected spots had grouped into seven groups according to months(aged 1 to 7month), each month had collected two people, every investigation spots had investigated Eighty-four people,The whole city had investigated Five hundred and four people. Selecte mothers in advance of birth and newborns from the obstetrics departmentsin in hospitals in Yinchuan,six investigation spots were selected,every investigation spots had investigated twenty pairs,The whole city had investigated one hundred and twenty.This study had investigated 744 people.All were followed with blood samples collection, measles-antibody detection and questionnaires to analyze measles antibody level.Results:1、Yinchuan 2011-2015 Epidemic Characteristics of MeaslesFrom 2011-2015,Yinchuan City, reported a total of 154 cases of measles,death 0cases.The annual average reported incidence rate of 1.48 / 100,000,annual report 2014 to the incidence of 2.65 / 100,000 is the highest,In 2012, 0.10 / 100,000 is the lowest.Since 2011, the incidence of measles has been declining,And the lowest in 2013,annual measles cases were reported in one case,from after 2013,the incidence of another upward trend,basically stable at around 2.00 / 100,000.Overall decline in the incidence of measles at the same time,measles cases constitute changed,2011-2015 ≤ 8-month-old infants report a total of 44 cases of measles cases,accounting for 28.57% of measles cases(44/154),larger proportion of,cases are mainly concentrated in 5-8 months,most had not reached the prime of age of onset, the situation is not optimistic.2、Pregnant Women and Infants Measles Antibody Level Investigation in Yinchuan CityThe total of 120 healthy pregnant women Yinchuan measles antibody level,measles IgG antibody positive rate and protective antibody positive rates were 71.67% and27.50%,maternal antibody geometric mean concentration(GMC) of 263.81 m I/ml.There are differences between the maternal antibody positive rate in all age groups was statistically significant(X2 = 6.062, P = 0.048);different regions, antibody positive rate was no significant difference between the type of residence, ethnicity, education level.Investigation 0-7 month-old babay 624,measles Ig G antibody positive rate and protective antibody positive rates were 76.67%, 51.43%, 40.00%, 27.78%, 20.00%, 19.72%, 18.92%,14.93% and 37.50%, 21.43%, 18.67%, 12.50%, 9.33 %, 8.45%, 9.46%, 1.49%,0 month baby geometric mean antibody concentration(GMC) highest,is 371.99 m IU/ml;minimum7-month-old,is 114.40 m IU/ml.measles antibody positive rate and protective antibody positive rates between different regions babies were statistically significant(X2= 55.16, P = 0.00; X2=52.569, P = 0.00);measles antibody positive rate differences between different ethnic groups was statistically significant(X2= 6.930, P = 0.031); measles antibody positive rate and protective antibody positive rates between different months were statistically significant(X2 =132.921, P = 0.000; X2 = 59.989, P = 0.000); measles antibody positive rate and protective antibody positive rate differences were statistically significant different between mode of delivery(X2 = 24.250, P = 0.000; X2 = 14.423, P = 0.000); mother’s education level is different, infant measles antibody positive rate and protective antibody positive rate differences were statistically significant(X2= 12.929, P = 0.005; X2= 8.026, P = 0.045).120 pairs of mother-infant pairs analysis,antibody titers mainly low and intermediate level based,mother GMC is 263.81 m IU/ml,measles antibody positive rate was 71.67%,protective antibody positive rate was 27.50%; newborns GMC is 371.99 m IU/ml, measles antibody positive rate was 76.67%, protective antibody positive rate was 37.50%; maternal measles antibody positive rate, protective antibody positive rate differences were not statistically significant. Analysis correlation between maternal antibody titers, show a positive correlation(r = 0.505, p = 0.000).Conclusion : Studies find that the rate of incidence is higher among infants;The level of measles antibody in Pregnant Women and infants are low,The positive rate of measles antibody in Pregnant Women were related with age,the positive rate of measles antibody had showed downward trend with age.The positive rate of measles antibody in infants were related with months and maternally derived antibody.It’s suggest to develop a new type vaccine which apply to infants,to revaccinate MV in childbearing years woman if necessary,increase vaccine immunization rates in age appropriate and continues to implement strengthened national immunization and Strengthen test for nosocomial infections, in order to reduce their risk of measles in infants.
