| Objective Study glioma cancer related gene homologous protein 2(Gli-2)(Ki-67) in thymus and value-added growth factor expression in tumor tissue and tumor and thymus tissue clinical pathologic features and prognosis.Methods Using immunohistochemical methods from January 2011 to December 2013, 64 cases of thymus tumour(9 cases of type A, B1 type AB, 11 cases, 6 cases, 22 cases of B2 type C) and 16 cases of Gli-2 in the organization and the expression of Ki- 67 protein, all specimens have been at least two pathology experts confirmed that A patient has not been preoperative after radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery treatment. To the relevant follow-up of patients, according to the disease-free survival of patients with status to study Gli-2, Ki- 67 with the relationship between the prognosis of patients. Another collection of thymic tumor resection from 2013 to 2015, the standard fixed embedding paraffin slices in 42 cases, RT-pcr detection of pleural invasion, tumor malignant degree between Gli-2 m RNA expression difference.Result 1. Gli- 2 in study samples protein in thymic tumor tissue classification: a positive ratio of A、AB、B1、B2、C,respectively, 1/9(11.11%),2/6(33.33%),2/11(18.18%),5/22(22.73%),13/16(81.25%)(P<0.05),(rs = 0.112, p = 0.112); Gli- 2 were in clinical stage masaoka, Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ,respectively, 2/10(20%),12/41(29.27%),4/6(66.67%),5/7(71.43%)(rs>0,p<0.05)2. Tumors in patients with myasthenia gravis and not the combining of myasthenia gravis Gli- 2 protein expression of positive 5/10(50%),18/54(33.33%), respectively, the zither minister frequency for P =0.254(P >0.05).3. Ki- 67 protein expression tumor markers index(li) is 7.14±6.99、15.24±9.13, respectively, the difference of the results has obvious statistical significance(P <0.05)4. The Kaplan-Meier statistical methods for data analysis showed that Gli- 2 protein expression in positive patients,5-year progression-free surial rate13/23(56.5%),slaughter lv buccal knocking progression-free surial 38/41(92.7%) technetium stop Ki-67 protein expression in positive 5-year progression-free surial rate of thymic tumor patients, 35/38( 92.1%) daughter-in-law slaughter lv buccal knocking 3538 progression-free surial 35/38(92.1%).5. Ki- 67 positive, Gli- 2 positive group of multi-factor analysis, with pleural invasion(χ2=5.871,P=0.015), Ki- 67 positive group(χ2=4.014,P=0.045), Gli- 2 positive group( 2 = 4.056, P = 4.056) ?6.
