| Objective Study glioma cancer related gene homologous protein 2(Gli-2)(Ki-67) in thymus and value-added growth factor expression in tumor tissue and tumor and thymus tissue clinical pathologic features and prognosis.Methods Using immunohistochemical methods from January 2011 to December 2013, 64 cases of thymus tumour(9 cases of type A, B1 type AB, 11 cases, 6 cases, 22 cases of B2 type C) and 16 cases of Gli-2 in the organization and the expression of Ki- 67 protein, all specimens have been at least two pathology experts confirmed that A patient has not been preoperative after radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery treatment. Tumors in patients with myasthenia gravis and not the combining of myasthenia gravis Gli- 2 protein expression of positive 5/10(50%),18/54(33.33%), respectively, the zither minister frequency for P =0.254(P >0.05).3.
