| Objective Investigate the effect of PT and PVB intravenous chemotherapy, providing a theoretical basis for locally advanced cervical cancer to prefer the better neoadjuvant chemotherapy scheme.Method The clinical data of 104 locally advanced cervical cancer patients are analysed retrospectively, study group using PT scheme(54 cases),control group using PVB scheme(50 cases). Effective cases by the end of chemotherapy undergo radical hysterectomy(or radical hysterectomy and adnexectomy)and pelvic lymphadenectomy, then compare the chemotherapy cycles, the tumor sizes, the total efficiency of chemotherapy, the operability after chemotherapy, the postoperative pathology and side effects of chemotherapy between the two groups.Result Compared the study group and control group,(1)using 1-2 cycles of the two neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the tumor sizes decreases, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);(2) the total efficiency of PT scheme is 83.33%,that is better than the PVB scheme(80%),but the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);(3)the effective cases by the end of chemotherapy undergo radical hysterectomy(or radical hysterectomy and adnexectomy) and pelvic lymphadenectomy, the operability of PT scheme is 83.33%,while the PVB scheme is 80.00%;(4)the two groups patients both have the lymphatic metastasis, vascular metastasis and vaginal margin infiltration, but the differences is no statistically significant(P>0.05);(5)the two groups patients both have myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reactions, hepatic dysfunction and neurotoxicity, but the difference is not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion After 1-2 PT and PVB scheme cycles,it can reduce the tumor size, parametrial invasion and metastasis, improve the operability, then enhance the prognosis of the patients. The side effects of two chemotherapy are mild, and can correct by symptomatic treatment. There are the similar effects in two groups. |
