Objective To learn the factors that influencing the recovery of intestinal function for congenital intestinal atresia patients. Methods Collecting the related factors data of congenital intestinal atresia patients from the Ningxia medical university affiliated hospital between January 2005 and April 2016, such as gestational age, age, weight, pulmonary infection, abdominal cavity infection, intestinal atresia pathological type, position of intestinal atresia, Surgical operation selection, contrast of intestinal size, anastomotic size, postoperative parenteral nutrition support time and the first cacation time. Analysis the data for the logistic binary regression with SPSS17.0.Results The single factor chi-square test(α=0.05) results: The factors that weight, pulmonary infection, abdominal cavity infection, intestinal atresia pathological type, surgical operation selection, anastomotic size and postoperative parenteral nutrition support time have lower rate than the reference rate. The left factors that age, gestational age, position of intestinal atresia, contrast of intestinal size have the opposite result. The Logistic binary regression analysis(α=0.05) results: The factors that pulmonary infection, intestinal atresia pathological type, position of intestinal atresia and postoperative parenteral nutrition support time have lower rate than the reference rate. The left seven factors age, gestational age, weight, abdominal cavity infection, anastomotic size, surgical operation selection and contrast of intestinal size have the opposite result. Conclusion The four factors that pulmonary infection, intestinal atresia pathological type, position of intestinal atresia and postoperative parenteral nutrition support time influence the recovery of intestinal function for congenital intestinal atresia patients. |
