HPV Infetion And Genotyping In Condyloma Acuminatum Patients In Ningxia

Objective To investigate human papillomavirus(HPV) infection and genotype distribution in condyloma acuminatum patients in Ningxia, in order to provide the basis for the prevention 、screening、diagnosis 、therapy and prognosis of genital neoplasms.Methods Totally 200 cases of condyloma acuminatum patients from Dec.2014 to Dec.2015 admitted to the outpatient department of dermatology were selected, the flowcytometry fluorescence hybridization method was used on the wart tissue speciments for the detection of HPV genotyping.RESULTS(1)24 subtypes of 27 known subtypes were detected, including 16 types of high risk HPV(16 18 31 33 35 39 45 51 52 53 56 58 59 66 68 82), 8 types of low risk HPV(6 11 40 42 43 44 61 81).(2)200 in 609 cases were positive. The total positive rate of HPV infection was 32.84%.The peak age of HPV infection ranged from 21 to 30 years old.(3) In 200 positive cases, the singer type of HPV was 145 cases with the rate of 72.5%. 90 cases were single high risk type and the rate was 45%.High-risk type was mainly HPV 16, HPV52 subtype. 55 cases were singer low risk type and the rate was 27.5%. Low-risk type was mainly HPV6 subtype. 55 cases were detected with multiple infections and the rate was 27.5%, including 33 cases were mixed type, 19 cases were high-risk mixed types, 3 cases were low-risk mixed type. There are 51 kinds of HPV types in multiple infections.(4) 52 in 200 positive cases were males, the genotypes of HPV infection is mainly HPV 6. 148 in 200 positive cases were females, the more common high-risk genotypes and low-risk genotypes were HPV 16, HPV52, HPV58 and HPV6 respectively(because of including multiple infection, one case may be repeatedly numeration).(5) 71 in 200 positive cases were Yinbei region cases, the genotypes of HPV infection is mainly HPV 16. 49 were Yinchuan region cases, 80 cases were Yinnan region cases, both of the genotypes of HPV infection is mainly HPV 6.Conclusion 1. The infection of HPV in patients with CA in Ningxia was mainly single type of HPV 6 and HPV 16, HPV 52. 2. The age of infection is mainly concentrated in 21-30 years old. The genotypes of HPV infection of males is mainly HPV 6, females’ were HPV 6, HPV 16, HPV52 and HPV58. 3. Mixed type was the mainly type in double and multiple HPV types infection. 4. The genotype of HPV infection is mainly HPV 16 in Yinbei region, the genotype of HPV infection is mainly HPV 6 in Yinchuan and Yinnan region.
