Objectives To understand the current situation of independent social participation function of discharged stroke patients; and to analyze the factors associated with the independent social participation function. Methods To conduct the questionnaire in the stroke patients who have discharged 4-6weeks from stroke unites in the First hospital in Hei Longjiang between October 2014 and October 2015. The questionnaire included stroke patients demographic characteristics questionnaire, disease status questionnaire, Independent Participation Questionnaire(IPA),Family APGAR Index(APGAR), social support rating scale(SSRs) and Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS), activities of daily living scale(ADL), mini mental state table(MMSE),Multimodel approach to diagnosis of PSD(MMADD).Results 1 The status of independent social participation function of stroke patients:Stroke patients self-participation score: independent indoor participation(9.75±7.24),family roles(12.99±8.58), independent outdoor participation(10.13 ± 5.75), social function(8.08 ± 5.47), independent participation in the total score(40.94 ± 24.68). 2Univariate analysis of the independent social participation function of stroke patients with total score:there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05) in the age, chronic disease, hypertension, diabetes, vision, stroke type, specific type, location of the lesions, physical disabilities, exercise condition, rehabilitation therapy, APGAR, SSRS, self-ability of getting out and back, self-image satisfaction, sleep, MMADD, CSS, MMSE, economic income, living environment, clearance of obstacles on the ground, community facilities, satisfaction of community activities implementation, barrier free accessin the community and other factors. Multiple regression analysis of the total score of the independent social participation function: the factors finally calculated into the regression equation were listed in sequence as follows: self-ability of getting out and back, clinical disability of neural function, clearance of obstacles on the ground, activities of daily living scale, rehabilitation therapy, chronic disease, self-image satisfaction, sleep status and social support. Conclusions 1 The status of independent social participation function of stroke patients:The independent social participation function of the patients with stroke after discharge showed a moderate degree of restriction; the total score of independent participation was lower in ischemic stroke patients than that of hemorrhagic stroke patients, and it decreased with aging. 2 Multivariate analysis showed that the factors associated with the total score of independent participation were: self-ability of getting out and back, clinical disability of neural function, clearance of obstacles on the ground, activities of daily living scale, rehabilitation therapy, chronic disease, self-image satisfaction, sleep status and social support.
