A Single Center Observation Between Hla-identical Related And Haploidentical Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation For Malignant Hematopathy

Objective : To evaluate the safety and efficacy of haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment(haplo-HSCT) of malignant hematopathy.Methods : A total of 68 patients who had accepted related donor hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in First affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university from June 2011 to May 2015 were enrolled into this retrospective study. According to the HLA matched points between donors and recipients,33 cases were divided into the HLA-identical related group and the rest 35 cases were attributed to the haplo-HSCT group.The overall survival,disease free survival,relapse rate,mortality and the incidence of graft-versus-host-disease(GVHD) were analyzed.Results : All of the 68 patients have obtained hematopoietic reconstruction.The median time of neutrophils > 0.5 × 109/L of the two groups were 13(7-20) days,15(9-26)days,P < 0.05;the median time ofplatelets>20 × 109 were 12(7-34)days,14(8-44)days,P < 0.05.the overall survival of three yeasrs were 60.6%,61.9%,P>0.05; disease free survival of three years were 56.0%,58.5%,P > 0.05;relapse rate were18.18%,5.71%,P>0.05;mortality were 36.36%,34.29%,P>0.05;incidence of a GVHD were 18.18%, 22.85%, P > 0.05;incidence of c GVHD were39.29%,26.92%,P>0.05.Conclusion:The hematopoietic reconstruction time of neutrophils and platelets in HLA-identical related group were earlier than haplo-HSCT, but there’re no statistically differences among the overall survival,disease free survival,relapse rate,mortality and the incidence of GVHD.The efficacy and safety of haplo-HSCT were as well as HLA-identical related HSCT.
