Study On The Construction Methods Of C/S Mode Knowledge Management System For Bejing Aerospace General Hospital

Along with the rapid development of information technology, the knowledge management has become the center of the fifth organization management. Almost all kinds of organization in China only have carried on the knowledge management theory at the primary level. Comply with the trend of global development, it’s urgently to carry on the knowledge management theory in these organization on a deeper level. By using the theory of literature research, practical investigation, speculative, case study method, the general model of knowledge management system of Beijing aerospace general hospital has been built.Under the guidance of theoretical knowledge of project management, the discussion in this article takes constructing a system of hospital knowledge management as the goal. This system is consists of four levels. They are presentation layer, function layer, system layer, data layer. Based on the analysis of the logic relationship at all levels and the C/S framework, the author proposed the scheme of building a knowledge management system of Beijing aerospace general hospital. Further, the author has anticipated the possible problems in the operation of the system, and given some solutions.The study in this article can not only gives the construction of Beijing aerospace general hospital’s knowledge management system some guidance, but also provides references to other organizations in other areas.
