To Investigate The Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Of Mild Cognitive Impairment

Object:In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine experimental research under the guidance of comprehensive, discusses different syndrome types(phlegm turbidity syndrome, kidney essence deficiency of resistance and the orifices) Mild Cognitive dysfunction(Mild Cognitive Impairment, MCI) in patients with cerebrospinal fluid bio-markers(Ach, Tau, A β 1-42) of the distribution, clinical early intervention for treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease(Alzheimer’s diseases, AD) provides the basis.Methods:Selection the chief complaint of the patients as "forgetful, unresponsive", records of patients general data such as age, gender, level of education, period, medical history. Use Psychological test table such as MMSE,CDR, CDT, MOCA to screen early cases. According to the diagnostic select the Tanzhuozuqiao MCI and Shenjing kuixu MCI. Records of the patient’s age, gender, medical history, cultural degree, course length, return cerebrospinal fluid inspection acetylcholine, Tau protein, A β 1-42. Application of Excel the testing data of the input, using SPSS16.0 software for data processing.Results:1.After the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, ultimately determine the number of cases are74, Tauzhuozuqiao32, including male 18, female 14,average age was 64.41 ± 6.57, the average duration is1.94 ± 0.98 years; Shenjingkuixu42 people, male 27, female15, average age was 67.31±6.89, average duration 2.24±1.08.2. Tanzhuozuqiao MCI group has24 patients with coronary heart disease, high blood pressure 19 people, diabetes 23 people, high homocysteine levels, 21 people; Tanzhuozuqiao group has31 patients with coronary heart disease, 26 high blood pressure, 30 diabetes,and high homocysteine levels27 people.3. Cerebrospinal fluid bio-markers: normal group Ach(73.93±10.40) pg/ml, Tau(332.53±90.44) pg/ml, A β1-42(65.73±12.84) pg/ml;Tauzhuozuqiao MCI group Ach(38.22±5.08)pg/ml, Tau(725.66±93.99) pg/ml, A β1-42(38.91±4.88) pg/ml;Shenjingkuixu MCI Ach(20.14±4.44) pg/ml, Tau(483.36±35.28) pg/ml, A β1-42(19.52±5.34) pg/ml.All groups compares P<0.05.Conclusion:The two groups are have obvious difference among the distribution of these factors in gender, level of education, average age, length of the course of the disease, coronary heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high homocysteine levels,have difference among Ach,A β1-42,Tau. Tanzhuozuqiao MCI is higher than Shenjingkuixu MCI in Ach,Aβ1-42,Tau.
