Object:To study the effect of Rheumatoid arthritis and RA bone disease patients with bushenhuatanjiedufang, to explore the mechanism of the effect and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods:A prospective randomized controlled clinical trial was used in this study. One hundred cases of RA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, fifty cases in the control group, fifty cases in the control group, were treated with methylprednisolone, methotrexate, diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, allen oral sodium phosphate, Chinese medicine treatment group in the control group on the basis of huatanjiedubushenfang.Take according to the course of treatment.Detection of two groups of patients with serum OPG, serum RANKL content, calculate the ratio of OPG/RANKL; Sharp score and DAS28 score;observation of liver and kidney function, white blood cells and gastrointestinal reactions, and the application of statistical software for analysis. Results:The treatment group can significantly improve the patient’s serum OPG content(P<0.05), reduce the content of RANKL(P<0.05), and thus enhance the ratio of OPG/RANKL(P<0.05);before treatment and after January, there was no significant difference in Sharp scores between the two groups(P>0.05),there was significant difference in Sharp scores between the two groups after the end of the treatment period(P<0.05);compared with the two groups, there were significant differences in the side effects(P<0.05);the DAS28 score of the two groups and the total effective rate were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Huatanjiedubushenfang had a significant effect on delaying or stopping RA bone lesions.2.The accumulation of phlegm, poison and steeped in kidney deficiency is an important pathogenesis of RA bone lesions.
