Objective : To explore the relationship between Plasma D – dimer and the prognosis of young and middle age patients with acute cerebral infarctionMethod : Collected from 80 case of young and middle age patients with acute cerebral infarction who was diagnosed by Department of Neurology of Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University From October 2014 to January 2016. 80 patients of plasma D- dimer(D-D) level was measured by immune turbidimetry in first day, 7th day and 30 th day. 80 patients have been done head MRI check in 7th days and according to the MRI images measure the cerebral infarction area. The prognosis of 80 patients was evaluated by modified Rankin scale score and Barthel index score on 30 th day. For the 80 patients based on the above indexes corresponding group and carries on the statistical analysis on the data obtained, relevant conclusion is obtained.Result: 1. The level of D-D was highest in 7th days, and the lowest in 30 days.Various time periods D-D level difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). 2. The D-D level of seventh days in large area infarction group was higher than that of non large area infarction group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 3. The prognosis was not well in thoes young and middle age patients with acute cerebral infarction that D-D elevation at admission. The prognosis was well in thoes young and middle age patients with acute cerebral infarction that D-D normal at admission. Two groups Rankin scale score and Barthel index score value difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05), 4. D-D levels in patients with poor prognosis group was Slightly higher Than patients with Good prognosis group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Consequence: 1. D-D levels were varied at each time period of young and middle age patients with acute cerebral infarction. It showed that D-D may participate young and middle age patients with acute cerebral infarction in the pathogenesis. 2. The infarct area may be related to the D-D level of young and middle age Patients with acute cerebral infarction, the infarction area lager patients D-D level is also high. 3. The D-D levels of acute phase in young and middle age patients with acute cerebral infarction can be used to predict the prognosis,D-D elevated patients the prognosis may be poor. |
