ObjectiveUsing high field magnetic resonance DWIBS combined with dynamic enhanced scanning to improve the detection ability of small breast cancer, to provide early and accurate imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis. MethodsCollect and analyze June 2014 and December 2015 menstrual clinical palpation, X-ray mammography or ultrasound examination can not be qualitative breast lesions of breast MRI examination. All the patients were female; eventually all selected cases were the lesions confirmed by pathology and the maximum diameter is less than 2 cm, a total of 70 cases of patients of 70 lesions; and 41 cases of small lesions in breast cancer, benign breast minor lesions 29 cases; ResultsTime signal intensity curve: breast benign and malignant small foci in the time signal intensity curve distribution differences, with statistical significance(P<0.05); in type II and III curve for malignant, type I curve character for the diagnosis of benign breast lesions, the diagnosis of specific 72.41%, 97.56% sensitivity and accuracy 87.14%.The rate of early enhancement: breast benign minor lesions early enhancement rate was significantly lower than that of small breast cancer(P<0.05), early enhancement rate threshold of 90% location, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy respectively 97.56%, 72.41%, 87.14%.Analysis of the parameters of DWIBS scanning: normal breast tissue ADC value was higher than that of benign breast lesions(P<0.05), benign small lesions of the breast ADC value was significantly higher than that of small breast cancer(P < 0.05), with small breast cancer ADC value of upper limit of the 95% confidence interval of 0.93 * 10-3mm2/s as the critical value to distinguish between benign and malignant breast small lesions, the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy were 75.61%, 93.10%, 82.86%.The diagnostic results of DWIBS MRI and dynamic enhanced imaging are in good agreement. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were two, 96.55% and 97.56% in the diagnosis of small breast cancer. ConclusionIn this paper, using 3.0T DWIBS combined with dynamic enhanced imaging of small breast cancer research shows that ADC values, time signal curve types and early phase enhancement rate parameter differences can provide valuable basis for the identification of small breast cancer and benign lesions. These two kinds of scanning methods have great significance for the detection, quantification and characterization of small breast lesions, and they can be used to diagnose small breast cancer early.
