Chinese medicinal granules is extracted from Chinese Herbal Medicine by water and thriugh iltration,sedimentation,concentration,granulation,drying,manufactures for clinical formula in the medical institution.The powder for Chinese medicinal granules is the main form of intermediates in the prepartion of the Chinese medicinal granules.Because of the Traditional Chinese medicine formula particles registered management approach,the extraction solvent of the Formula particles must be water,and the main separation processes is solid-liquid separation without large-scale refining process.It leads to that the composition of extract is more complex and easy to hygroscopic.This project intends to start with the hygroscopic properties of powder from the Chinese medicinal granules,explore the impact of formulation particles powder hygroscopicity of the material composition,to find a suitable modification technology to improve the hygroscopicity of the powders,according to the hygroscopic properties of the different formula granule powder.To research inert excipients of spray dried preparationof modifiedformula granule powder on powder hygroscopicity and other characteristics of micromeritic inert excipient spray driedpreparation of modified formula,the particle powder process,a reasonable evaluation,The formulation of the guidance process and the screening of the excipients and reasonable to study the powder surface coating toimprove the powder hygroscopicity feasibility,to study multi-method associated with the hygroscopic properties of the powder.Part Ⅰ,studying the Moisture absorption rate curve and saturated moisture absorption quantity of 50 kinds of different Chinese medicinal granules in three different humidity environment conditions,in order to screen the dynamic equation for the Chinese medicinal granules miosture with the fitting degree and RSS.The dynamic equation can provide the quantitative index for powder hygroscopic to analysis the difference of the hygroscopic between the traditional Chinese medicine formul partical.The dynamic equation can be used for the research the contact of powder surface characteristics and powder moisture absorption characteristics.The results indicate that the double exponential model can effectively simulate the moisture absorption process of traditional Chinese medicine formula partical.Chinese medicinal granules powder saturated moisture content decided by the ambient humidity and the nature of the powder itself,nothing to do with the physical structure of the state of powder,the powder state of the physical structure can affect the absorption process of the powder.Part Ⅱ,selecting Angelica,river xiong,astragalus membranaceus,liquorice,chrysanthemum,PeiLan model for drugs,we study the contact between the content of the Carbohydrate and organic acids in the TCM formula partical and the saturated moisture content of the TCM formula partical,to finde the common hygroscopic characteristics of different TCM formula partical.The results indicates there are a certain amount of of organic acids and carbohydrate material in the TCM formula partical。The content of the low molecules carbohydrate have a postive correlation with the saturated moisture of the six different TCM formul partical.It indicates that the low molecules carbohydrate maybe the common material basis of the part of the TCM formula partical with strong hygroscopic.Part Ⅲ,the inert excipients and Chinese herb extracts using co-spray dried to prepare the modified TCM formula particles powder was studied.The temperature on spray drying of traditional Chinese medicine formula with powder particles to learn the influence of characteristics,preliminary screening experiment with the spray drying temperature conditions.The influence to hygroscopicity and other powder characteristics of the modified TCM formula particles prepared by different inert excipients powder and different using dosage was studied.Initial screening of preparation of the modified TCM formula particles spray dried preparation of modified TCM formula particles Powder,and establisd the reasonable evaluation system to guide accessories and traditional Chinese medicine extract powder excipient type and amount of Chinese medicinal granulesrational in the powder process of modification application and process screening.Part Ⅳ,to study the influence to the hygroscopicity of TCM formula particles coated with the powder surface modification and Compare the difference of the powder hygroscopic properties and Physical properties by different coating way on the Chinese medicinal granules.Surface modification can improve the ability of the anti-hygroscopic of the TCM formula particals.Part Ⅴ,A Comparative Study of coated the modified TCM powder by using inert excipients co-spray-dried to the influence of the hygroscopic properties.The study found that multi-method combined with Chinese medicinal granules make a large degree of improvement in the hygroscopicity of the powder,lower the powder absorption rate,decend the Saturated moisture content.In the RH=57%,the TCM powder maintain the inherent physical form and mobility,to prevent the mutual adhesion between the powder.
