Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin treatment in patients with type 2 diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy.Method the clinical after 2 weeks into treatment period, in line with the blood glucose of the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each with 30 cases in each, through diet and exercise therapy and Western medicine hypoglycemic basal insulin therapy, the experimental group was treated with the modified Shengmai San, the control group was treated with Mecobalamin tablets, observation and treatment for 60 days. The changes of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, liver and renal function, heart rate variability(HRV) and other indicators of the two groups were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results the experimental group rate was 86.7%, the control group efficiency is 70%, the two groups have significant statistical difference(P < 0.05), the experimental group and the control group there was no difference in the blood routine, liver function, blood glucose control, comparison and analysis of HRV, after treatment two groups of frequency domain indexes and the time domain index were increased to varying degrees, and with the modified Shengmai San students scattered pulse of the experimental group curative effect is better than that of mecobalamin group and the control group was simply use. Conclusion the method of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin has obvious clinical curative effect in the treatment of DCAN, increase the heart rate variability, and improve autonomic nerve function.
