The Research Of Professor Haibo Yuan’s Thinking Of Syndrome Differentiation About Diagnosis And Treatment Of Heart Water Disease

Objective Guided by the TCM theory,based on professor’s outpatient cases,Combined with teacher literature,books,lectures and other content,using statistical methods,I explore in-depth famous TCM Professor Haibo Yuan diagnosis and treatment of heart disease in more than 50 years of academic and clinical experience.The unique differe-ntiation of Professor Haibo Yuan will be inherited and carryed forward developiy,gu-iding clinic effectively and improving the clinical of syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart water disease.Method According to inclusion criteria,heart water disease cases diagnosed by Professor Haibo Yuan,who works in the first affiliated hospital of Henan College of traditional Chinese medicine,from April 7,2010 to December 2,2015 were collected.After nor-malized,these cases are entried into EXCEL form,and the data accuracy were ensu-red.The datas of tongue diagnosis,pulse diagnosis,inspection of main syndromes,syndromes,symptoms,and signs and symptoms were counted by the method of frequ-ency statistics.The method of Correlation between two variables were used to search the statistical relationship between age and gender and type of syndrome by SPSS19.0.2.By studying literature,books,lectures and other content,and consulting to me-ntor,Professor Haibo Yuan’s dialectical thinking of diagnosis and treatment of heart water disease will be organized.Results:1.There are 170 cases of patients in total with average age of 62.46±12.679.including 63 men with average age of 60.24±14.672;107 women with average age of 63.77±11.212.2.Common Pulse: sink,thin,weakness,knot,thin string,string thin,unequal between left and right.3.Common complexion: dark yellow,decayed yellow,gloomy dark.4.Common tongue: dull tongue,dark tongue,dark red tongue.Moderate body of tongue,thin body of tongue,fat body of tongue.white tongue fur,thin tongue fur,greasy tongue fur,thick tongue fur.5.The cardinal symptoms: chest tightness,edema,fatigue,palpitation,shortness of breath.6.Common syndromes:syndrome of Blood Stasis and water retention,syndrome of heart and liver disharmony,syndrome of heart and spleen weakness,syndrome of dampness and blood stasis internal resistance,syndrome of heart Qi weakness,syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency,syndrome of blood stasis heart pulse.7.Common symptoms of syndrome of Blood Stasis and water retention: swelling,chest tightness,fatigue,palpitation,shortness of breath,insomnia,inappetence,mental weakness,complexion luteotestaceous,dull tongue,sink pulse,thin pulse.Common symptoms of syndrome of heart and liver disharmony: swelling,chest tightness,palpitation,fatigue,shortness of breath,insomnia,dull tongue,dark yellow complexion,sink pulse,thin pulse,greasy tongue fur,dizziness,thin string pulse.Common symptoms of heart and spleen weakness: chest tightness,edema,fatigue,palpitation,insomnia,shortness of breath,mental weariness,dizziness,dark yellow complexion,dull tongue,dark tongue,greasy tongue fur,sink pulse,thin pulse,weakness pulse.Common symptoms of syndrome of dampness and blood stasis internal resistance: chest tightness,shortness of breath,edema,fatigue,insomnia,palpitation,dizziness,mental weariness,dyspnea,activity instruction,dark yellow complexion,dark tongue,dull tongue,greasy tongue fur,thick fur,sink pulse,thin year old to under 40 year old and syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis on-resistance,syndrome of stagn-ated heat resistance;patients from 40 year old to under 50 year old and syndrome of water stop Yang-deficiency;patients from 50 year old to under 60 year old and synd-rome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis;patients from 60 year old to under 70 year old and syndrome of heart and lung weakness;patients from 70 year old to under 80 year old and syndrome of blood stasis blocking heart vessel;patients from 80 year old to 91 year old and syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin,syndrome of Yang deficiency of heart spleen and kidney,syndrome of water attacking heart,syndrome of blood stasis hot and water stagnation.9.Theoretical results:(1)Identification of causes of the disease,knowing why sick.(2)Qi,blood and body fluid is the major differentiation method,to determine basic pathogenesis.(3)Combined with the Zang-Fu differentiation,disease is treated Comprehensively.(4)According to pathogenesis,syndromes are distinguished.(5)Disease is treated accurately by flexible treatment.(6)Basic pathogenesis,basic recipes.(7)Combination of disease and syndrome,TCM and western medicine.(8)When achieving a therapeutic effect,Stop treatment,focusing on nursing.Conclusion Mentor believe that disease-causing factors are wide variety.Increased incidence of heart water disease after the age of 40.Incidence of heart water disease is increasing after the age of 40.The cardinal symptoms are chest tightness,edema,fatigue,palpitation,shortness of breath.Pathogenesis is complex and the basic pathogenesis is Qi-deficiency at early stages,and Yang-deficiency at late stages,throughout blood-stasis and water stagnation.Associated with the five Zang-organs,Qi,blood Yin and Yang is deficiency.Focusing on the four diagnostic methods Combination.Inspection of the complexion,pulse-taking often prompts the prosperity and decline of Qi and blood.Tongue diagnosis prompts pathogenic properties.Common diagnosis of the complexion,pulse and tongue consistent with basic pathogenesis.Common syndromes is consistent with common symptoms.Treatment methods of benefiting Qi,raising Yang,regulating Qi,removing blood stasis,xingshui should be applicated flexible.A variety of methods shoule be used to diagnosis and treatment of
