The Effect Of The Flavored Buzhongyiqi Decoction On Clinical Curative And Th17 Cell Of Patients With Myasthenia Gravis (MG) Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency

Objective: To observe the effect of the Flavored Buzhongyiqi Decoction on clinical curative of patients with Myasthenia Gravis(MG)of spleen and kidney deficiency;To observe the effect of the Flavored Buzhongyiqi Decoction on peripheral blood Th17 of patients with Myasthenia Gravis(MG)of spleen and kidney deficiency,from cellular level to reveal Flavored Buzhongyiqi Decoction of Chinese medicine treatment of Myasthenia Gravis(MG)immunological mechanisms,for the clinical application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Myasthenia Gravis(MG)provide meaningful basis.Methods: 1.According to make a diagnosis and give treatment,will be included in the standard of spleen kidney both deficiency type myasthenia gravis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups of 20 cases each,Observation group taking Flavored Buzhongyiqi Decoction and Pyridostigmine Bromide tablets,The control group taking Pyridostigmine Bromide tablets,12 weeks for one period of treatment.Observed before and after treatment of clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome integral change.2.Flow cytometry is used to observation group and control group before and after treatment was detected in peripheral blood of Th17 cells changes in patients with myasthenia gravis.Results: 1.Clinical observation showed:It has obvious curative effect of Flavored Buzhongyiqi Decoction combined Pyridostigmine Bromide tablets treatment myasthenia gravis.Clinical syndrome score statistic result shows that the effective ratio of observation group is 70.0%,and that if control group is 60.0%,manifest difference exit between these two groups(P<0.05);the change of the traditional Chinese medical symptom score statistic result shows that the effective ratio of observation group is 75.0%,and that if control group is 60.0%,manifest difference exit between these two group(P<0.01),it indicate that the observation group is better than that control group in improving Chinese medical symptoms.2.Two groups of patients before treatment,the experimental group MG patients with peripheral blood Th17 cell percentage is 2.35%±0.67% and the control group is 2.35%± 0.59%,these two groups have no difference(P>0.05);After treatment,the experimental group patients with MG Thl7 cell percentage is 1.60%±0.75% and the control group is 2.00%±0.65%,there is obvious difference with that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Flavored Buzhongyiqi Decoction combined Pyridostigmine Bromide tablets can significantly improve myasthenia gravis(I and IIA)patients,clinical symptoms and Chinese medicine syndromes.Its effect of improving Chinese medicine symptoms is better than that of only using Pyridostigmine Bromide tablets,and no adverse reaction exited in this study.2.After treatment with 12 weeks,the experimental group and the control group of Th17 cell in peripheral blood level depressed,compared with that of pre-treatment,the experimental group is decreased more significantly than the control group,the effect of Flavored Buzhongyiqi Decoction on patients with MG may be expressed through cut the level of Th17 cell in peripheral blood,and make the activation of T cells,B cells and reduce the value degree,thus inhibiting immune reaction,improve the symptoms of muscle weakness.3.Because of the shortage of local patient and outside patients that selected after clinical observation is not convenient,such as patients are reluctant to participate in research,lead to clinical study sample cases less;Also consider medical ethics and medical risk factors etal,this study didn,t set up a new group.The curative effect that simple application of traditional Chinese medicine Flavored Buzhongyiqi Decoction in the treatment of myasthenia gravis needs further research.
