Effect Of Jiawei Decoction On Four Ginseng Total Load Of Premature Myocardial Ischemia In Patients With Ischemic Heart Disease

Objective:After treating with the modified decoction of ginseng four observation of the treatment of ischemice heart disease with ventriculer premature beat, by dynamic electrocardiogram calculated total load of myocardial ischemia and ventricular premature beat number changes before and after treatment, to explore its therapeuty effect.Methods:Will meet the standard 62 cases were randomily divided into the control group of 31 cases, treatment group of 31 cases, two groups were treated with coronariy heart disease, the treatment group was treated with oral modified four ginseng decoction. The treatment in the two groups was 3 weeks were observed and recorded before and after treatment in the two groups of sympty score, totally ischemia burden,24-hour dynamic ECG beats times.Result:1, TCM symptom integral comparison:two groups after treatment than before treatment were reducsed, the difference was statisetically signinficant (P< 0.05), and the treatment group than the control group decreased signinficantly, the difference was statisetically signinficant (P< 0.05).2, Total ischemia burden:after treatment in the two groups compared with before were reducsed, the difference is statisetically signinficant (P< 0.05) and after treatment, the treatment group decreased signinficantly than those in control group, the difference was statisetically signinficant (P< 0.05).3, Ventricular premature beat:the total efficienty of treatment group was 90.0%, higher than that of the control group, the total effectiv rate was 66.7%. The difference was statisetically signin-ficant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1, Flavored Sishen Decoction in improving the deficienty of both qi and Yin and blood stasise ischemic heart disease with ventricular premature beats in patients with clinical symptoms on curative.2, With four ginseng decoction can reduce ischemice heart qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis on myocardial ischemia in patients with premature ventricular total load.3,Modified four four ginseng decoction can improve the deficienty of both qi and Yin and blood stasis ischemic ventricular premature beat in patients with ventricular premature beat total efficiency.
