| Objective:Analysis the deaf children with cochlear implants age, gender, time of rehabilitation,which can influence the children’s speech sense of hearing.Through this process to provide reference for clinical medical workers to prevent and cure deafness and carry out publicity and education on the importance of understanding speech and hearing rehabilitation of parents of deaf children.Method:Collect the deaf children recovery data of 120 cases of cochlear implantation in the research center of Henan Province from March 2011 to March 2015. All deaf childrencwill be divided into 5 groups according to the age,Before cochlear implantation,3 months,6 months,9 months,12 months after the operation,repeated measures test methods for assessing the hearing and speech rehabilitation ability by 5 x 5 double factors, choose the hearing and speech rehabilitation as dependent variable, the deaf children with cochlear implant operation, age recovery time as the independent variable.Analysis the deaf children with cochlear implants age, postoperative recovery time, sex of hearing and speech rehabilitation effect with Multiple linear regression.Results:1.The main effect of the 1 different rehabilitation period of verbal ability significantly (F=591.266,P<0.01);2.The main effect of cochlear implant age children with hearing impairment on verbal ability significantly (F=10.535, P<0.01); 3. The interactive effect of implantation time and rehabilitation of deaf children with cochlear age on language ability significantly (F=5.379, P<0.01);4. Boys and girls rehabilitation rehabilitation training group group language ability after 12 months mean level respectively.1.75±0.695、2.00±0.715, There was no statistically significant difference (t=1.878, P=0.063>0.05); 5. The main effect of different stages of recovery time on hearing ability significantly (F=678.632, P<0.05); 6.
