Resina Draconis For External Use Only Promote Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Wound Healing Of Clinical Research

Objective: Through the use of nitrofural gauze article in the mixed hemorrhoid surgery treatment comparison,observation and analysis of Resina Draconis for external use to promote the curative effect of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound healing,verify its promote mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound healing effect and security,in order to provide a more safe,simple and effective treatment.Methods: The observation in our study of cases are in April 2015 to February 2016 in henan province,Chinese medicine hospital anus bowel division 60 patients in the hospital.According to the patient’s admission sequence combined with random number table method were randomly divided into Resina Draconisgroup and control group,30 cases nitrofurazone group 30 cases.36 cases of male patients,24 cases of female patients,limit between the ages of 18 and 60,the two groups of patients with gender,age,original postoperative wound area of statistical processing,results showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Two groups of patients were in waist hard joint anesthesia downlink mixed hemorrhoid circumscribed within the firm.Treatment group wounds after disinfection will Resina Draconis powder evenly on the physiological saline gauze strip and apply cover the wound,sterile gauze apply,tape fixed;The control group with the method of wound after disinfection only apply article nitrofural gauze covered in order to protect the wound,to facilitate incision drainage,wound sterile gauze apply cover.In addition to the treatment of patients with similar between the two groups,the others the same treatment.Observe two groups of patients with postoperative 3,7,14 and 18 days of clinical signs and symptoms(wound pain,edema,drainage condition,granulation),wound healing rate,wound healing time,clinical curative effect,security and other indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results: Using t test to compare two groups in age,course of the disease,patients with wound is the area of the original indifference,using 2 test are compared,and the sex of statistic difference(P>0.05),shows that two groups of general data comparable.By comparing the analysis of two groups of patients with pain score,results show that the 3 and 7 days after surgery in the two groups statistically significant(P<0.05),there were no significant differences between 14 and 18 days(P>0.05),treatment group in early reduce mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound pain is better than that in control group,the late two groups have no significant difference.Analysis of two groups of patients with wounds oedema circumstance score comparison results,showed that 3 and 7 days after surgery to compare the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05),the statistics analysis of 14 and 18 days insignificant(P>0.05),showed that the treatment group in the early postoperative mixed hemorrhoids alleviate edema wounds is better than that in control group,the later two groups in alleviating edema,no significant differences of the wound.Two groups of patients with wound healing rate in 3 days after statistical analysis results indicate no statistical difference(P>0.05),7,14,18 days,there are differences between the statistical analysis of two groups of patients(P<0.05);Statistical analysis of the two groups of wound drainage situation shows that on day 3,7 have statistical difference(P<0.05),in 32 days 14 statistical difference(P>0.05);7,14,18 3 days postoperatively,the two groups in granulation form comparison results show statistically significant(P<0.05);Results two groups of patients with wound healing time for treatment group,on average,(21.97± 2.65)days,compared to control group on average(25.00±1.89)days,two groups of patients in the comparison of the average wound healing time was statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: In mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound dressing,the dragon of dragon’s blood powder packed in wound incision can be improved through local blood circulation,relieve wound pain,edema,decrease the drainage of the wound,promote the growth of granulation tissue,and thus accelerate the postoperative wound healing,shorten the healing time.In the process of clinical application of good safety,simple operation and low cost,and no significant side effects and allergic reactions,is worth promoting.
