| Objective: The project duration by observing different dorsiflexion waist region to study the impact of vertical spinal muscular surface electromyography effect,finding the best back stretch exercise optimum dorsiflexion duration or time interval,in terms of duration science dorsiflexion of the back stretch exercise provide theoretical guidance.Methods: Henan University of Traditional Chinese students healthy people,men and women of 20 people.Under isometric After health education,the application of surface electromyography study measured waist region and other state bilateral erector spinae erector spinae lumbar region of i EMG,RMS,MF value.The subjects were randomly divided into four groups,A group of traditional Taut exercise group,dorsiflexion duration 5s,group B dorsiflexion duration 20 s,group C dorsiflexion duration 35 s,D group dorsiflexion duration 50 s.Dorsiflexion angles are 10 °,the first two groups of 10,rest between sets 30s-1min,2 times a day,a total of 40.Exercise duration was 30 days.Under isometric exercise to complete the application again after surface electromyography study measured waist region and other state bilateral erector spinae erector spinae lumbar region of i EMG,RMS,MF value.Results:(1)the left lumbar region erector spinae i EMG value in four groups of subjects were compared before and after exercise in the group,paired t test,the difference was statistically significant(T values were-16.583,-69.125,-50.188-151.877,P <0.05);the right side of the lumbar region erector spinae i EMG value in four groups of subjects were compared before and after exercise in the group,paired t test,the difference was statistically significant(T values were-9.063,-43.614,-23.467,-18.112,P <0.05).the left lumbar region(2)erector spinae RMS value of the four groups of subjects before and after a workout in the comparison group,paired t test,the difference was statistically significant(T values were-19.520,-27.859,-26.214,-45.477,P <0.05);the right side of the lumbar region erector spinae RMS value of the four groups of subjects before and after a workout in the comparison group,paired t test,the difference was statistically significant(T values were-11.081,-20.152,-26.612,-21.955,P <0.05).The left lumbar region erector spinae MF value(3)four groups of subjects were in the group before and after exercise compared using a paired t test,the difference was statistically significant(T values were 27.869,12.662,17.642,15.397,P <0.05);on the right lumbar region erector spinae MF value of the four groups studied were in the group before and after exercise compared using a paired t test,the difference was statistically significant(T values were 27.869,12.662,17.642,15.397,P <0.05).(4)the left lumbar region erector spinae i EMG value of four groups of subjects before and after exercise comparison between groups using ANOVA,before exercise,four groups were not statistically significant(F = 0.042,P = 0.988> 0.05).After a workout,the four groups were not statistically significant(F = 2.153,P = 0.111> 0.05);the right side of the lumbar region erector spinae i EMG value of four groups of subjects before and after exercise comparison between groups using ANOVA before the exercise,four groups were not statistically significant(F = 0.104,P = 0.957> 0.05).After a workout,the four groups was statistically significant(F = 3.367,P = 0.029 <0.05).left side of the lumbar region(5)erector spinae RMS value of the four groups of subjects before and after exercise comparison between groups using ANOVA,before region erector spinae RMS value of the four groups of subjects before and after a workout comparison between groups using ANOVA,before exercise,four groups were not statistically significant(F = 0.091,P = 0.965> 0.05).After a workout,the four groups was statistically significant(F = 4.642,P = 0.008 <0.05).(6)the left lumbar region erector spinae MF value of four groups of subjects before and after exercise comparison between groups using ANOVA,before exercise,four groups were not statistically significant(F = 0.226,P = 0.878> 0.05).After a workout,the four groups was statistically significant(F = 14.249,P = 0.000 <0.05);the right side of the lumbar region erector spinae MF value of four groups of subjects before and after exercise comparison between groups using ANOVA,before exercise,four groups were not statistically significant(F = 0.325,P = 0.807> 0.05).After a workout,the four groups was statistically significant(F = 13.037,P = 0.000 <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Be back stretch exercise dorsiflexion different duration on the study of the lumbar erector spinae area i EMG,RMS,MF are affected,which i EMG and RMS increased exercise after the study of the lumbar region may erector spinae strength increases,MF decreased after exercise subjects the lumbar region erector spinae may increase resistance to fatigue.Study the bilateral surface EMG was no significant difference.(2)Increase in the study of the lumbar erector spinae i EMG area and RMS regard dorsiflexion continued 20 s group better than other groups;in reducing the study of lumbar erector spinae area of MF aspects dorsiflexion continued 20 s better than other groups.Dorsiflexion dorsiflexion continued 20 s may be an optimal duration. |
