Clinical Research In Treating The Stable Stage Of COPD (Deficiency Of Both Lung And Spleen) With Sheng Mai Liu Jun Zi Decoction

Object: To observe the Clinical Research with Sheng Mai Liu Jun Zi Decoction of the stable stage of COPD(deficiency of both lung and spleen),Analysis the internal mechanism and investigate the treatment of stable COPD mechanism of action, and provide a reliable basis for the clinical treatment of stable COPD.Methods:(1) In accordance with the diagnosis of COPD criteria and TCM syndrome differentiation standard,64 patients were randomly selected.They were divided into two groups, the experimental group and control group, each group of 32 people.(2) After the 60-day treatment, we should observed the before and after treatment, the experimental group(TCM+conventional treatment) and control group(conventional treatment).recording the patient’s clinical symptoms, lung function(FVC, FEV1%pred), CAT score, albumin values, BMI index and The number of exacerbation to evaluate the total efficacy of the two groups.(3)All the experimental data were statistically analyzed using SPSS17.0 software.Results:(1)Clinical curative effect: the clinical total effective rate is 90%; The control group clinical total effective rate is 70%;the experimental group is better than that of control group.(2)Signs and symptoms score: compared with before treatment,after treatment the date of two groups are significantly reduced, and the experimental group is more apparent,P<0.05, with statistical significance.(3)Pulmonary function(FVC, FEV1%pred): in the aspect of improving FVC, FEV1%pred,P>0.05,without statistical significance.but from the change of numerical values before and after treatment, the experimental group is better than that of control group.(4) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT) score: the two groups after treatment than before treatment rate were reduced, the experimental group score reduction is more apparent, P<0.05, with statistical significance.(5) Serum albumin: compared with before treatment,after treatment two groups of serum albumin values were increased, the experimental group improved more significantly,P<0.05, with statistical significance.(6) BMI: tracking six months after treatment, BMI index, compared with before treatment, two groups were increased, and the experimental group improved more significantly,P<0.05, with statistical significance.(7) The number of exacerbation: tracking six months after treatment, the number of exacerbation, the experimental group significantly less than the control group,P<0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion: Sheng Mai Liu Jun Zi Decoction can treat patients with lung and spleen deficiency type COPD in stable period,can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms,signs and nutritional status of patients, stable lung function,reduce the times of acute exacerbation and improve patient quality of life.
