The Treatment Of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder Based On Liver Governing Regulating: The Compasion Of Curative Effect Of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder Liver-qi Depression Between Jingqianshu Capsule And Fluoxetine

Objectives: To observe the curative effect of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder(PMDD) between Jingqianshu granule and Fluoxetine, compare the differences and to discuss the feasibility of PMDD treatment Liver governing regulating.Methods: 46 cases of patients according to the PMDD diagnostic standards and Liver-qi depression were screened and divided in to 3 groups, Jingqianshu Group, Fluoxetine Group and Placebo Group. The groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles with a randomized double-blind and double simulation dosing method, the curative effects were observed by recording data from Daily Record Problems(DRSP) and Scale of Syndrome Severity of Liver-qi Depression(SSSLD). The data were organized and typed into database and the analyzed by SPSS, the differences of every symptom among prior treatment, under treatment and post treatment were compared.Results: DRSP total scores and SSSLD total scores of post treatment among Jiangqianshu Group, Fluoxetine Group and Placebo Group, were significantly decreased to varying degrees compared to under treatment and prior treatment when treating PMDD(P<0.05). DRSP total scores and SSSLD total scores of post treatment among three groups, were all significantly decreased compared to under treatment and prior treatment when treating PMDD of Liver-qi Depression(P<0.01). Fluoxetine had effects to varying degrees to every symptom of PMDD, of which mental symptoms were better than physical symptoms. Placebo also had effects to some symptoms.Conclusions: Based on symptoms differentiation, Jingqianshu granule developed aiming at PMDD Liver-qi Depression could remarkable improve every symptom of PMDD Liver-qi Depression, and the effects were superior to Fluoxetine which were not aiming to any subtype. Under the guidance of symptoms differentiation from Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, the better curative effect was achieved.
