A Meta-analysis Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicinefor The Treatment Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

Objective:Using the meta-analysis to analyse the effectiveness of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis Systematically, to evaluate the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis to guide clinical application. Methods:Cochrane collaboration work manual5.10 was referenced to generate retrieval strategy and evaluate literature. Researches of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis between 2006 and 2015 are searched through the CNKI,wanfang, VIP and MEDLINE database.Using the Meta-analysis to evaluate the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis by Rev Man5.3. Results:The results of 8 study analysis: SMD about TGAb = 1. 48, SMD about TPOAb= 2.64, 0R about effective rate = 4. 39.According to funnel plot, there is a great bias date about TGAb.Test need to study through access to a large number of samples and the high quality papers. Conclusion:Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis has more advantages than simple western medicine.
