Study On The Distribution Regularity Of The Purple Tongue In Non Small Cell Lung Cancer And The Characteristics Of TCM Of Purple Tongue

Objective:By analyzing the 263 cases of the non small cell lung cancer and purple tongue,to explore the distribution law of the patients with different purple tongue in different clinical stages and in different TCM syndrome differentiation and typing.Methods:The patients are chosen in the hospital and outpatient department of our oncology department from 2013.12 to 2015.12.And all the information about the patients are collected by questionnaire investigation.Results:Though my study, I find that the ratio of male to female of the patients is about 1.74:1.Males were significantly more than females.Adenocarcinoma patients were 138 cases, accounting for 52.5% of the total.A total of 109 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, accounting for 41.4%.Among the patients of stage Ⅰ,light purple tongue patients are the most.Among the patients of stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ,medium purple tongue patients are the most.And among the patients of stage Ⅳ,heavy purple tongue patients are the most.The patients with stage I and II had the most deficiency syndrome of qi deficiency.The patients with stage III and IV had the most Yin deficiency syndrome, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Non small cell lung cancer patients with purple tongue are very common. And the degree of green purple gradually deepened with the progress of the disease.TCM syndrome differentiation and syndrome with Qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome.But we still need to synthesize various factors to determine treatment options.
