| Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Dingxuan Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension(EISH) clinical curative effect.Methods: The selected 66 patients with EISH patients were randomly divided into experimental group(33 cases, give Bushen Dingxuan Decoction combined with western medicine benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine tablets) and control group(33 cases, give western medicine benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine tablets) in two groups, a course of 8 weeks. To observe the blood pressure in the two groups before and after the experiment, lipids, TCM syndrome change situation.Results: In terms of the total effect of the TCM syndrome and the experimental group total efficiency was 84.85%. In the control group, the total efficiency was 60.61%, experimental group than in the control group better(P < 0.05). In the antihypertensive effect, experimental group total efficiency was 81.82%. In the control group, the total efficiency is 63.63%, in the experimental group was better than the contrast group(P < 0.05). The improvement dizziness, headache, Shenpi fatigue, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, vomiting phlegm, nocturia individual symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better than the control group(P < 0.05). Also in improving patients’ blood lipid, urinary albumin, β2-microglobulin aspects of the experimental group also Better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: In the test group can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms, which in dizziness, headache, Shenpi fatigue, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, vomiting phlegm, nocturia has significant advantages. At the same time, can also lower systolic blood pressure, improve the patients serum lipid, urinary trace white egg white. Bushen Dingxuan Decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency, blood stasis and sputum in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension has exact curative effect. |
