The Clinical Observation And Experimental Study Of Li Shi Xie Re Decoction Treat Oral Lichen Planus Spleen Stomach Damp Heat Type

Objectives: To investigate the li shi xie re decoction treating damp heat in the spleen and the stomach oral squamous moss,s clinical effect and primary reseach its mechanism.Methods: Select 120 cases damp heat in the spleen and the stomach oral squamous moss from August 2012 to December 2013 which see a doctor in our,s hosital as the research object, Using the random number table method, 120 cases patients were randomly divided into control group(60 cases) and treatment group(60 cases).Control group patients take transfer factor oral capsule, the treatment group patients give li shi xie re decoction treatment of traditional Chinese medicine;Two groups of treatment respectively four weeks.the Clinical curative effect, subjective symptoms integral, Objective signs integral TCM syndrome integral, before and after treatment serum Ig A, IgM and IgG levels, T cell subsets CD3+ and CD4+ levels before and after the treatment will be record.Using the method of dimethyl benzene- anthracene daub the oral mucosa of rats to establish animal model of oral squamous moss, 60 rats were randomly allocated to blank control group, transfer factor oral liquid group and li shi xie re decoction treatment group.Each group have 20 mouse, rat put to death after 4 weeks.using immunohistochemical method to detect partial flat moss CD4 + T cells and the expression of CD48 + T cells, and CD4 / CD8 ratio calculated.Results: The clinical total effective rate of Treatment group was 86.66%, control group was 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).TCM symptoms in treatment group total effective rate was 83.33%, control group total effective rate of TCM symptom of 73.33%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Two groups after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs and TCM syndrome integral was improved significantly, the difference have significant statistical significance(P < 0.01), and obviously better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment the serum IgA before the treatment has no obvious improvement.Treatment group whole blood levels of IgM and IgG was improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05, P < 0.01).Treatment group,s level of CD4 + was improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Animal experiments show that oralflat moss local CD4 + T cells and CD8 + T infiltration increased significantly, compared with model control group, lishixiere decoction can significantly reduce the mouth moss local infiltrating CD4 + T cells and CD48 + T, CD4 / CD8 ratio decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05, P < 0.01).Conclusion: Li shi xie re decoction treating damp heat in the spleen and the stomach can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life, significantly improve the level of serum immunoglobulin and downregulate the local CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells infiltration.
