| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of double Endobutton and claviclehook plate in the treatment of dislocation of the shoulder joint.Materials and methods:The patients in this study were from the Department of orthopedics and trauma department of orthopedics, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Retrospective study on surgical treatment of patients with dislocation of the shoulder joint in our hospital from 2013 to 2015. In the study, the dislocation of the shoulder joint dislocation was more than Rockwood type III, and the A group used 14 cases of clavicle hook plate, 12 males and 2 females. Age 26-58 years old, average age 41.7 years old. Treatment of 7 cases of dislocation by using double Endobutton technique in group B. Male 5 cases, female 2 cases. Age: 27-80 years old, average age 47.4 years old. The difference of curative effect of 3 treatment methods before and two months after operation. Standard VAS and American Shoulder Surgery score(ASES) were used to score standard.Result:In this study, 21 patients were reviewed regularly, and the effective recovery was obtained. There was no significant difference in VAS and ASES scores between the two groups before and after operation in A and B. In group ASES, 4 cases were excellent in 3 cases, good in 10 cases, good in 5 cases, good in 2 cases, good in cases, and all of the samples in the A group after operation. All of the patients in the study had good grades. All cases had good wound healing, strong internal fixation, no infection and so on. The average scores of B group were higher than that of A group.Conclusion:In the treatment of dislocation of the shoulder joint dislocation, the clavicle hook plate and double Endobutton technology can achieve good therapeutic effect. Double Endobutton due to its lightweight, fewer complications, no injury of operation of the merits of the second has attracted more and more tier orthopedic doctor’s attention. |
