Objective:To study the effect of conductive self-rehabilitation training on motor functional problems of stroke hemiplegia patients and provide a new idea and method for enriching the rehabilitation clinical skills and continuous rehabilitation nursing of motor functional problems of stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods:Chosen 60 stroke hemiplegia hospitalized patients that meet the study inclusion criteria, according to the random number table, the patients were divided into two groups(30 cases in the observation group,30 cases in the control group)randomly. The patients in control group treated with stroke conventional nursing method, patients in the observation group were treated with conductive self-rehabilitation training on the base of the conventional nursing method. After the patient was discharged, the extending nursing methods of two groups were the same as when hospitalized. All patients were evaluated the motor function FMA scores, activities of daily living(ADL)Barthel index(BI) scores and quality of life scores at the time of before intervention, the day of their discharge and follow-up period(1 month after their discharge)and evaluate the safety.Results:1.Motor function(FMA)scores(1)Before the intervention, there was no statistical significance on FMA scores within two groups(P>0.05).(2)After intervention, there was a sharper trend of significantly ascended on FMA scores in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). FMA scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the day of their discharge and follow-up period(P<0.05).2.Activities of daily living Barthel index(BI) scores(1)Before the intervention, there was no statistical significance on BI scores within two groups(P>0.05).(2)After intervention, there was a sharper trend of significantly ascended on BI scores in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). BI scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the day of their discharge and follow-up period(P<0.05).3.Quality of life scores3.1 The subjective quality of lifeThe subjective quality of life was assessed by the life satisfaction index A(LSIA).(1)Before the intervention, there was no statistical significance on LSIA scores within two groups(P>0.05).(2)After intervention, there was a sharper trend of significantly ascended on LSIA scores in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). LSIA scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the day of their discharge and follow-up period(P<0.05).3.2 The objective quality of lifeThe objective quality of life was assessed by the quality of life index(QLI).(1)Before the intervention, there was no statistical significance on QLI scores within two groups(P>0.05).(2)After intervention, there was a sharper trend of significantly ascended on QLI scores in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). QLI scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the day of their discharge and follow-up period(P<0.05).4.SafetyThroughout the study,it neither reveal abnormal about the blood pressure, heart rate and pulse of patients before and after the intervention nor falls, falling out of bed, pressure ulcers and other adverse events. This showed that the conductive self-rehabilitation training was safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.Compared to the conventional stroke nursing method, the conductive self-rehabilitation training had improved the motor function, activities of daily living and quality of life of the stroke hemiplegia patients significantly.2.In the process of the conductive self-rehabilitation training, there were not adverse reactions for all patients. The method was safe and reliable,it was easy to operate and patients accepted it easily,so it was worth to spread to the hospital and family or community.
