| Objective:Observation Zhibaidihuangtang and Taohongsiwutang for lupus nephritis clinical efficacy in patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis to explore ziyinjianghuo supplemented blood circulation treatment advantages of the disease for further explore the Chinese medicine treatment of lupus nephritis provide evidence.Methods:We collected 60 cases of liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis patients with lupus nephritis were randomly divided into two groups,the test group and the control group(30cases).The control group received basic treatment, the test group on the basis of Western medicine treatment plus Zhibaidihuangtang and Taohongsiwutang of two months.We observed changes in patients before and after treatment of symptoms and symptom score and SLE-DAI and C3 and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.We analyzed two groups of test targets and adverse reactions and adverse reactions to make Evaluation.Results:1.Comparison of the efficacy and the efficacy of disease syndromes,the test group was better than the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance;2.Compare SLE-DAI and symptom score,both groups have effect,P<0.01,with statistical significance; Compare the two groups after treatment,P > 0.05,no statistically significance. 3.Comparison of C3 and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.01,with a very significant difference;4.In the safety indicators, P>0.05, the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant;5.In terms of adverse reactions, P>0.05,no statistically significance.Conclusion:Zhibaidihuangtang and Taohongsiwutang treatment of liver and kidney yin defiency and blood stasis in lupus nephritis patients can improve clinical symptoms, reduced erythrocyte sedimentation rate,increased C3,which shows the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of lupus nephritis. |
