Study Of Different Drugs Treatment And Relationship Between Inflammation Factors And Cytolyticvaginosis

Objective: Through cytology, inflammatory factors, the detection of lactic acid bacteria and the p H value in female Cytolyticvaginosis(CV), study the treatment effect of different drugs on the disease and the mechanism of CV.Methods: 100 cases of CV were randomly divided into five groups, with 20 cases in each group, respectively. Using metronidazole group, clotrimazole group, Baofukang group,sodium bicarbonate solution and saline treatment, the review were peformed before treatment and after treatment two weeks. Vaginal secretion smear respectively after leather Gram staining, check cell lysis, Lactobacillus count. And to detection of serum inflammatory factor TNF, IL-2, IL-10 expression levels by ELISA, p H change, and to evaluate treatment effect and study the mechanism of different drug.Results: 1. Lysis of vaginal secretion smear can be seen a massive dissolution of squamous epithelial cells, cytoplasmic fragments of broken and complete epithelial cells to bare nucleus and false clues cells can be found. At the same time, accompanied by severe overgrowing Lactobacillus.2. Compared with before treatment, metronidazole and clotrimazole, Baofukang group,sodium bicarbonate, saline, patients with vaginal p H value have different degrees of rise after treatment, the differences were all significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, metronidazole group,clotrimazole group, Baofukang group, saline group compare to sodium bicarbonate therapy group, p H changes have significant difference(P < 0.05).. 3. Compared with before treatment, metronidazole and clotrimazole, Baofukang group, sodium bicarbonate, the number of Lactobacillus in the four group were lower after treatment(p<0.05). the number of Lactobacillus before and after treatmen in saline group(χ2=2.826,p=0.419). 4. Compared with before treatment, the vaginal secretion level of TNF-α in the four group were downregulated after treated by metronidazole and clotrimazole, Baofukang group,sodium bicarbonate and there were signaicant difference( p<0.05). the vaginal secretion level of TNF-α before and after treatmen in saline group without significant difference( p >0.05).After treatmen, the vaginal secretion level of TNF-α were significant downregulate in Baofukang group than other three groups(p<0.05).5. Compared with before treatment, there were more lower level of IL-2 and hgher level of IL-10 after treated by metronidazole and clotrimazole, Baofukang group, sodium bicarbonate and there were signaicant difference( p<0.05).And there were no significant difference of IL-2 and IL-10 before and after treatmen in saline group(p>0.05).6. The efficiency of Metronidazole, clotrimazole group, Baofukang group, sodium bicarbonate solution, normal saline were 85%(17/20), 85%(17/20), 90%(18/20) and 90%(18/20), 20%(4/20), respectively. And among four group and normal saline group, there were significant differences among them(p < 0.05). Among the 4 groups, there were no significant difference about efficacy(P > 0.05).Conclution:1. There were better curative effect in Metronidazole, clotrimazole group, Baofukang group, sodium bicarbonate solution to treat CV. And may result in downregulation of TNF-α, IL-2 and upregulation of IL-10.2. There were more remarkable curative effect in Baofukang group and sodium bicarbonate solution to treat CV than metronidazole and clotrimazole.
