If the patient feel the needling response is too strong and difficult to accept,we should adjust the direction of the insertion or the depth to make the needing response moderation. Retaining the needle and switch on the low frequency (2Hz) electric acupuncture instrument for 20 minutes, then retaining the needle for 10 minutes later withdraning the needle. (2) Control group:according to the 12th Five-Year planning materials, "acupuncture and moxibustion treatment" conventional acupuncture treatment. By observing the changes of the degree and the frequency of spasm, and according to the evaluation standard of the curative effect of this disease, to compare and anahpe the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:(1) Evaluation of clinical efficacy:treatment group cured 12 cases, effectual 6 cases, improved 10 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.33%; control group cured 6 cases, effectual 7 cases, improved 9 cases, invalid 8 cases, the total effective rate was 73.33%. Ridit analysis, the two groups had significant difference (P< 0.05), which showed that the two methods were both effective, and the treatment group was better than the control group. (2) Evaluation of the degree of spasm:treatment group:12 cases was grade 0,3 cases was grade Ⅰ,3 cases was grade Ⅱ,10 cases grade Ⅲ,2 cases grade Ⅳ. Control group:6 cases was grade 0,6 cases was grade Ⅰ 1 cases was grade Ⅱ,9 cases grade Ⅲ,8 cases was grade Ⅳ. Ridit analysis, the two groups had significant differences in the degree of spasm (P< 0.05), which showed that the two methods can both improve the degree of spasm of patients, and the treatment group was better than the control group. (3) Evaluation of spastic frequency:treatment group:12 cases was grade 0,6 cases was grade 1,10 cases was grade 2,2 cases was grade 3,0 cases was grade 4. Control group:6 cases was grade 0,7 cases was grade 1,9 cases grade 2,8 cases was grade 3,0 cases was grade 4. Ridit analysis, the two groups had significant differences in spastic frequency (P< 0.05), which showed that the two methods can both improve the patient’s spasm frequency, and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1. The triple needling Anmian neck and Ashi point combined with low frequency electric stimulation in the treatment of hemifacial spasm has good curative effect.2. The triple needling sleep, neck Ashi point combined with low frequency electric stimulation in the treatment of hemifacial spasm (HFS) compared the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in acupoints according to syndrome differentiation good.
