Objective:Observation spleen clearing damp retreat Huang Fang treatment of neonatal pathologic jaundice yellow(Yang) the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions,for the treatment of the disease to provide a safe and effective method.Methods: The diagnosis standard of children can be divided into the treatment group and control group, 32 cases in treatment group, control group 30 cases. Treatment group with spleen clearing damp retreat Huang Fang + foundation treatment(blu-ray + have infected people with antibiotics), the control group with wormwood Zhi yellow oral liquid + foundation treatment(blu-ray + have infected people with antibiotics), 7 days for a course of treatment. Of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) were observed before and after treatment of two groups of children with primary certificate, certificate of integral change, after a course of changes of serum total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin, hospitalization days, serum total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin decreased, for the statistical analysis on two groups of curative effect.Results: 1.Control group cure 9 cases, 8 cases were markedly improved, improved in 7 cases, invalid 6 cases. Treatment group 18 cases cured, 8 cases had marked effect, 4 cases were improved, 2 cases failed. The comparison of two groups of curative effect difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.2. After treatment the treatment group total bilirubin decreased to 179± 2.31umol/L,indirect bilirubin decreased 173.74 ± 0.58umol/L,and the control group total bilirubin decreased 159.05±8.79umol/L,and indirect bilirubin decreased 154.97±1.42umol/L,after treatment, compared to the control group and treatment group by t test, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant,the two groups after treatment serum total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin levels are compared with the previous fall, fall of treatment group is bigger; Control group and treatment group after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,compared by t test, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral was decreased,the syndrome integral treatment group decreased significantly.3.Treatment group hospitalization days 6.29±0.42 days,control group hospitalization days 7.89±0.32 days,the treatment group in hospital was shorter than the control group,two groups compare the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The treatment group was shorter than the control group.there was significant difference between two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:Spleen clearing damp retreat yellow method treating neonatal pathologic jaundice, curative effect, high safety, is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
