| Objective: TO investigate the effect of yi qi tong luo yin(YQTLY) and FK506 Combined corticosteroid treating FSGS. TO explore the advantages and feasibility of combining traditional Chinese ang Western medicine treating FSGS.Research Methods: Select 30 patients of FSGS were randomly divided into 2 groups, Control group and experimental group. Application of corticosteroid therapy for more than 12 weeks. The control group was treated with corticosteroid and FK506. Experimental group plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Two groups at the same time to give symptomatic treatment. Clinical observation for 3 months,and record the difference between the two groups.Results: After comparison, the experimental group is better than the control group. Before and after treatment, the indexes of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different from 24UPR、ALB、TCH、TG.Conclusion: The quality plan of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The experimental group can alleviate the symptoms, reduce the number of 24 UPR, elevating serum albumin, reduced triglyceride and improving the blood drug concentration of tacrolimus. |
