| ObjectiveThe objective of this study is to Compare the conventional neutral position traction,specific angle traction in the treatment of nerve root type cervical vertebra disease clinical curative effect.To investigate specific angle traction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type mechanism and the therapeutic effect of,for clinical popularized this method of treatment to provide the clinical basis.MethodsA random control design of clinica1 tria1 s was adopted.The 60 Patients whose consistent with inclusion criteria were divided into two groups randomly.The two groups were respectively treated by high quailtive traction in combination with the traditional massage and high qualitive traction in combination with Pingle manipulation of tendonregulation.After one course of treatment,the nwe made effect evaluation.The available data were done statistica1 treatment.The comparison was done in front and back of a group respectively and among the two groups.To evaluate the symptoms,the signs,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain and the degree of cervical curvature.ResultsAfter one course of treatment,the total effectiveness of the two groups were 96.7%,and the significant efficiency rates were83.3%,86.7%,Both the two groups of patients with clinical effect points,before and after treatment compared with their own test,the differences were highly significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the treatment of the high qualitive traction in combination with Pingle manipulation of tendonregulation was better than the others.During the two groups of patients had no significant toxic effects and allergies.ConclusionThe Pingle manipulation of tendonregulation can alleviate the symptoms which were caused by cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.but the the effect of the high qualitive traction in combination with Pingle manipulation of tendon regulation was the most significant.And it is better than the treatment of traditional massage. |
