The Research Of Jianpiqingchang Granule On Ulcerative Colitis With Routine Western Medicine Synergistic Effect

Objective : To observe the synergistic effect of jianpiqingchang granule on ulcerative colitis(pi xu shi re)conventional treatment of Western medicine,Objective to evaluate its clinical efficacy and mechanism on UC so as to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application and development of new drugs.Methods : Using randomized block design,will be the selection of the 72 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups,36 cases in each group,the treatment group and control group the fall off in 1 cases,two groups were given conventional western medicine therapy and beauty salad hydrochloride enteric coated tablets,1g,4 times daily,orally.Treatment group in the control group based on the use of spleen and bowel particles.Two groups are taking 12 weeks for a course of treatment.Observe the integrated effect of the patients before and after treatment,the therapeutic effect of syndrome,clinical symptoms,colonoscopic mucosal improvement.The total efficiency and safety index and adverse events.Results :(1)Efficacy: treatment group(detached 1 case)13 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,4 cases ineffective,rate of 88.6%;in the control group(1 case lost).7 cases were cured,effective in 15 cases,13 cases were ineffective,efficiency 62.9%.Two groups compared with statistical difference(P=0.015<0.05).(2)Syndrome curative effect: treatment group cure in 8 cases,markedly effective in 14 cases,11 cases were effective,2 cases ineffective,efficiency of 94.3%;control group 3 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,9 cases ineffective,the total has efficiency of 74.3%.Two groups compared with statistical difference(P=0.003<0.05).(3)Clinical symptom score and total score changes: after treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and total score were decreased compared with before treatment,the treatment group decreased significantly,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).(4)Hemoglobin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and other indicators effect: increased hemoglobin in the two groups of patients after treatment than before treatment,has declined compared with before treatment,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),the treatment group obvious,the two groups compared with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).(5)Colonoscopic mucosal improvement: in treatment group,12 cases were effective,15 cases were effective,8 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 77.14%;in the control group,8 cases were markedly effective,effective 13 cases,invalid in 14 cases,the total efficiency is 60.00%.Two groups compared with statistical difference(P=0.002<0.05).(6)Safety evaluation: 70 cases of patients before and after treatment safety indicators were no obvious abnormal;control group,35 cases,3 cases of nausea,dizziness,2 cases;treatment group of 35 patients without adverse reactions.Conclusion :Spleen bowel granule in the treatment of ulcer colitis(spleen deficiency and dampness heat syndrome)is effective,can significantly improve the chronic persistent ulcerative colitis(spleen deficiency and dampness heat syndrome)patients in active phase of the comprehensive curative effect,syndromes and colon mucous membrane,the total effective rate is high,and clinical should with safe and effective and is effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
