The Clinical Curative Effect Evaluation On Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Patients With Detrusor Underactivity That Treated By Qian-lie-an-wan Combined Acupuncture Therapy

Objective: Observing the clinical curative effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with detrusor underactivity that treated by Qian-lie-an-wan combined acupuncture therapy,in order to provide a convenient and effective method for comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with detrusor underactivity.Methods: 135 patients with this topic altogether collected into standard,according to the medical order,using the random number table method is divided into A（Qian-lie-an-wan combined the Tamsulsosin Hydrochloride）45 cases,B 45 cases（acupuncture therapy combined the Tamsulsosin Hydrochloride）,C（Qian-lie-an-wan combined acupuncture therapy and the Tamsulsosin Hydrochloride Capsules）45 cases.The Tamsulsosin Hydrochloride Capsules is based treatment,0.2 mg each time,once every night.Qian-lie-an-wan: 10 g each time,3 times a day.Acupuncture therapy5 times a week.4 weeks for a period of treatment.Observe to the improving situation of patients after the treatment,including detrusor dysfunction,the International Prostate Symptom Score（I-PSS）,Residual urine volume（RUV）,the assessment of quality of life（QOL）and Maximum flow rate(Q_max).Results: Compared with the same group before treatment,A,B,C three groups were improved significantly in detrusor dysfunction,I-PSS,RUV,QOL and Q_max after treatment.Group C,in detrusor dysfunction,I-PSS,RUV,QOL and Q_max,is superior to both A and B group（P < 0.05）.There is significant difference between three groups（P <0.05）.The total effective rate of Group C was 84.09%.The improvement rate oflower urinary tract symptom was 93.18%.The improvement rate of detrusor dysfunction was 81.82%.The improvement rate of RUV period is 88.63%.Whith were superior to group A and group B（P < 0.05）.Conclusion: 1.The Qian-lie-an-wan and acupuncture therapy can reduce the score of RUV,I-PSS,QOL and improve the maximum urinary flow rate.The treatment effect of Qian-lie-an-wan combined acupuncture therapy is more significant.2.The Qian-lie-an-wan and acupuncture therapy can obviously improve the detrusor dysfunction of patients with BPH.Their treatment effect was same but the principle may be different,Qian-lie-an-wan combined with acupuncture can better improve the the detrusor dysfunction in patients with BPH.
