Objective:BY observing the effect of Danloutablets on the endothelial function before and after Stents Implantation in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome,I explore the protective effect of Danloutablets on the heart after PCI.Methods:This study used a single-center,randomized study design methods.The patients of study with acute conoary syndrome and TCM syndrome of chest-yang of appetite,sputum silt each node syndrome were selected in the cardiology ward three of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan TCM College from April 2015 to December2015.The results of coronary angiography in all patients showed at least one lesion stenosis ≥70%,all underwent successful PCI surgery in accordance with standard methods.These patients were observed after 1-2 days,in stable condition under the help of random number table were randomly divided into control group(CL group)and treatment group(DLP group).The control group of patients are treated with conventional western medicine treatment after PCI,and the latter are treated with Danloutablets based on conventional western medicine treatment.Patients are arranged to complete hospital routine examination before surgery,and their linical data were recorded.During the treatment observed the following metrics:Treatment effects:(1)blood lipids:the level of TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c were measured respectively when in the hospital and three months after the PCI;(2)serum markers of endothelial function:the level of ET-1,v WF,VEGF,e NOS were measured respectively one day before and after the PCI,three months after the PCI.Security effects:(1)laboratory effects:the level of blood,urine,liver function,kidney function were measured respectively when in the hospital and three months after the PCI;(2)radiographic effects: cardiac ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter;(3)TCM symptom scores.Results:(1)Comparison of the baseline data:In the aspect of clinical data such as:sex,age,smoking history,history of hypertension,history of diabetes,history of stroke,stentimplantation number,stent implantation length,LVEF,LVEDD,ALT,AST and Cr,the two groups of patients,difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of blood lipid related levels:In the aspect of TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c the two groups of patients,difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05)before the treatment.After 3 months of treatment the levels of TG,TC,LDL-c decreased compared with baseline,the two groups of patients,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).And DLP group decreased significantly compared with CL group(P<0.05).Compared with baseline,DLP group patients,HDL-c levels increased significantly(P<0.05),CL group patients,HDL-c levels slightly decreased(P<0.05).The two groups of patients,difference has statistical significance.(3)Comparison of serum markers of endothelial function:In the aspect of ET-1,v WF,VEGF,e NOS,EDHF the two groups of patients,difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).After one day of the PCI the levels of ET-1,v WF,VEGF increased compared with baseline the two groups of patients,,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);e NOS,EDHF decreased compared with baseline the two groups of patients,,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).But in the aspect of ET-1,v WF,VEGF,e NOS,EDHF the two groups of patients,difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).After3 months of treatment,the levels of ET-1,v WF decreased compared with one after the PCI the two groups of patients,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).And DLP group decreased significantly compared with group CL(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF,e NOS,EDHF increased compared with one after the PCI the two groups of patients,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).And DLP group increased significantly compared with group CL(P<0.05),the two groups of patients,difference has statistical significance.(4)Comparison of echocardiography and TCM syndrome scores:LVEF and LVEDD of the difference between the groups before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).After treatment two groups of patients were significantly improved in the comparison of LVEF(P<0.05),LVEDD slightly increased,the difference has statistical significance;Before treatment TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients have no statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment the two groups was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);and the DLP group decreased significantly compared with the group CL,the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Combined with Conventional western therapy,Danloutablets can reduce the level of TG,TC,LDL-c and increase HDL-c levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI.It is showed that Danloutablets may improve lipid metabolism.(2)After PCI these patients with acute coronary syndrome can elevate the level of ET-1,v WF,VEGF,reduce the level of e NOS and EDHF.It can be showed that after PCI patients endothelial function decline.(3)Combined with Conventional western therapy,Danloutablets can significantly reduce the level of ET-1,v WF,increase the level of e NOS,VEGF,EDHF.It is speculated that Danloutablets can improve vascular endothelial function of the patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI.(4)Combined with Conventional western therapy,the treatment effect of Danloutablets is safe after PCI.
