Clinical Effect Research Of Naomaishukang Capsule To Cure Stroke Recovery Combined Hyperlipidemia

Objective: To evaluate the,clinical effect of the Naomaishukang Capsule to cure stroke recovery of Qi and Yin deficiency dialecticaled by TCM syndrome combined the hyperlipidemia.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,the 70 cases of Qi and Yin deficiency dialecticaled by TCM syndrome,divided into two groups using the method of random number table,namely the treatment group of 35 cases which cured by the Naomaishukang Capsule and the control group of 35 cases which cured by the conventional western medicine.The control group cured by conventional western medicine therapy and the control group cured by conventional western medicine therapy combined with oral Naomaishukang Capsule.The time when the patients meet the requirements taken into the group was 56 days taking the medicine.We observed the patients of two groups,scores of clinical Neurologic deficits,daily life ability,TCM syndrome before and after treatment.All the data statistical analysised by software process of computer spass20.0 version.Results:(1)The four items of blood lipid tests: the total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholestero of the treatment group,control group total cholesterol,compared with before treatment,after treatment the total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)of the treatment group,compared with control group(2)Scores of clinical Neurologic deficits,TCM syndrome,the plasma viscosity of hemorrheology,the whole blood viscosity,ET and NO of the blood endothelial function:the scores of the two groups was obviously low after treatment,but there was no significant different between the two groups.(3)Scores of daily life ability,NO of endothelial function,two groups,scores after treatment were higher,the treatment group than the control group have obvious advantages.Conclusion: The treatment group than the control group in the treatment of stroke recovery of Qi and Yin deficiency dialecticaled by TCM syndrome combined hyperlipidemia has obvious advantage.Treatment group in improving stroke recovery clinical Neurologic deficits,daily life ability,TCM syndrome,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity of hemorrheology,whole blood viscosity,the total cholesterol in blood fat,low density lipoprotein,ET and NO of endothelial function defect score than the control group no significant advantange.
