The Clinical Research Of Pseudobulbar Palsy After Stroke Treated By Fire Needle Therapy

Objective:Observe fire needle acupuncture onJu Quan、Lian Quan point for the treatment of pseudobulbar palsy patients swallow, compose the sound and the features of tongue body, evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:60 patients with pseudobulbar paralysis were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Treatment group main point Ju Quan、Lian Quan, Feng Chi, Wan Gu, Tong Li, Jin Jin, Yu Ye, Ju Quan、Lian Quan point fire needle acupuncture.The control main point:Ju Qua、Lian Quan, Feng Chi, Wan Gu, Tong Li, Jin Jin, Yu Ye,used filiform needle acupuncture.Treatment twice a week, six weeks of treatment.Will dysphagia, dysarthria, tongue body movement function classification score with three indicators respectively, to evaluate its curative effect.Results:The indicators hierarchical comparison, the two groups after treatment had no obvious difference before treatment, significant difference after treatment (p< 0.05), the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different (p< 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Treatment group effective rate was 86.67%, effective rate was 66.67%, the control group (P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the curative effect of treatment group and control group with difference, the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Fire needle acupuncture treatment for pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke.is effective.2. The effect of fire needle group was obviously better than the control group.
