Clinical Researchof Curative Effect On Rheumatoid Arthritis With Cold And Dampness Syndromes Treated By Wenbi Decoction

Objective:The observation aimed to observe the clinical efficacy and safety combined with Wenbi Decoction and western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with Cold and Dampness Syndromes and provide a theoretic basis for the treatment of RA with Cold and Dampness Syndromes by Wenbi Decoction in clinic.Methods :Randomly divided 60 patients conformed to the standard into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30cases)according to doctor order.The observation period lasted 12 weeks.During the observation period,both groups were given methotrexate 10mg~15mg once a week,Diclofenac 75 mg once aday.Give treatment group was added to Wenbi Decoction on basis of western medicine.Before and after treatment,observed and recorded the two groups about clinica lsymptoms and signs,ESR,CRP,TCM symptom complex score,EULAR DAS28 standards,and other outcome measures,while observing the alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,and other security indicators.we couldcertify the clinical efficacy and safety of the decoction,after using SPSS18.0 statistical software for analysis and evaluation.Results : 1.The study included 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and eventually completed 59 cases.The observation group included 30 casesand the control groupincluded 29 cases.2.After treatment,the number of swollen joints,joint tenderness number,CRP,ESR,DAS28 score,TCM symptom complex score of two groups were significantly decreased before treatment.The treatment group was better than control group.within the twogroups has improved significantly.Comparing the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).3.In the processof treatment,the treatment group was significantly lower than control group about the occurrence of adverse reactions(P> 0.05)with no statistical significance.Conclusion :The Wenbi Decoction and western medicine in the treatment of cold dampness type RA have a better effect curative and satisfactory security.
